  • You guys should be paying Sigur Ros royalties! This song is such a rip-off....

  • Я ваще ф шокеее!!! О_о

  • It's disgusting that companies can get away with blatantly ripping off songs like this.

  • Since Sigur Ros doesnt allow usage of their work in advertisements, companies make their own shockingly simmilar versions of the songs. kinda sad. sigur-ros.co.uk/media/homage-or-fromage.php

    Explained here + Examples

  • Don't rip off Sigur Ros assholes. It reflects quite poorly on the company.

  • @sevdust so both the soundtrack & the ad are bites

  • The use of "Saeglopur" is either being used without Sigur Rós' permission or is plagiarized.

  • that tune sounds very familiar - is it coldplay?? lol

or another sigur ros cover band?

  • @admeblog correction: music = saeglopur RIPOFF

  • Whats with the rip off music? Couldnt you make your own or do you just like Sigur Rós so much you just HAD to plagiarize them? Totally bad form! :(

  • Wow, amazing.

I love how it's really in public, as seen in the ad.

  • i love how they put so much effort into their ads, they rule!

  • i always thought it was cgi

  • *facepalm*

and i thought you were clever, billy

    jeez

  • Whilst it's maybe not quite as great and ad as the Bouncing Balls one, this advert is awesome, such dedication put into it! One thing though - imagine driving down the street and seeing a giant bunny towards you on the back of a truck, bit trippy, no? :p

  • i would wonder what in hell i was smoking >xD

  • you would :)

  • man, i love people that actually "DO IT". forget special effects, this is life!

  • Beautiful! A lot of work for creating the most wonderful and fantastic things! Sony rules!

  • awesome!bunnies rule and so does the animators!:)

  • fredericks-electricals

Offer on all electricals including televisions

  • wow cool

  • what a coincidence ,

    one of my favorite commercials

with one of my favorite bands song

  • o___O You know this song??

Oh my - could you please tell me what it's called? And what band it is?

But yes.. you know, I love this ad. It comforted me when my rabbit died e__e lol Like he was somewhere better now, with all his little bunny friends~ X3

  • Your lucky day, I just learnt what this song is. It was used for the new "Prince of Persia" video game trailer and someone asked the same question. it's Sigur Ros - Saeglopur

  • it's a remix version of saeglopur by sigur rós

  • who did the music?

  • Sounds like a rework of Saeglopur by Sigur Ros. Or at least it's quite similar.

  • sony bravia releases the coolest ads :D

  • its better than the tv

  • @ nagatzul

You just don't get it. Too bad.

  • cool that they did it like that. very original :)

  • Because then it wouldn't be speicial.

  • Agreed

  • more effort means more respect frm the viewers

    BITCH

  • they always make commercials like that for bravia: balls, paint, bunny, and i'm waiting for more :D

  • Sure, unless you want to play games...but then again, Macs can run Vista better than any PC at the moment with Boot Camp.

Just to set the record though, I am a PC gamer but I have an iBook I use every day and I love it.

  • lets face it, it would be really simple doing that but it would take our the challenge, fun and sense of achievement in doing it. Add to that, Sony wants it to be real so when you watch it on the telly its people interacting with the colours like the human and dog avoiding the balls, clown running from the explosion, the Egyptian girl at Giza and the bystanders watching the bunnies.

  • i thought that aswell, thats amazing! they made all that out of plasticine

  • technically not completely out of plasticine. Near the beginning it shows an animator/model maker covering something with plasticine, possibly polystyrene. It would be difficult to 1. get that much plasticine, 2. mould it, 3. animate it and to also get it to support itself, for example, it that huge bunny was all plasticine, in would break up under it's own weight and be squished. But basically, yes, plasticine.

  • And they did use a bit of CGI to get rid of supports for the bunnies hopping through the air.

  • I want a yellow bunnie

  • you know i think bugs has scurvy, so...

  • bunnies!

  • Saeglópur is way better. Anywayz, nice vid this!

  • The song is CERTAINLY not Saeglópur.. :S this is a remix of it, or something

  • Great work~~

  • No. It is not Saeglopur.

  • music : "Saeglopur" by Sigur Ros

  • Whats the music?

  • I bought a tv.

    the color is stunning.

  • I had always wondered.

  • Isn't Play-Do modelling clay?

  • love that adv... But why sould i buy a bravia???

  • Genius - but its spoiled the magic of the ad a little for me... :-(

  • ahh you gotta appreciate the effort and the time put into this ad :)

  • I certainly do appreciate the skill and time - I'd LOVE to have been involved. The resulting ad makes me smile - A LOT!

  • not to mention all the others...

  • What will they think of next?

  • That is not Saeglopur you twunt.

  • what is it?

  • Sorry mate, no idea. Wish I knew, I only know it isn't Saeglopur. Been trying to find out to no avail! I'm sure it will come about within the next few weeks!

  • The Power of Play-Do.

  • Is that really a Sigur Ros song? It sounds more like Mum.

I wish there was a 6 minute making of for this ad like the other two. Hopefully something like that surfaces.

  • music : "Saeglopur" by Sigur Ros

    ;o)
