30 miles away baltimore is the next big city from washington. neither party meets in balt as a routine. this was a "retreat"

like most big cities cared for and "governed" by democrats balt it is a wreck. they feature a terribly disappointing pro baseball team and a fantastic needle exchange program for junkies.

the former mayor recently struck a plea in fed court and will more then likely avoid going to prison. the people of baltimore are very proud. -- god save the queen
