  • The thing about the sports part is exactly this: In most schools, sports are critical of new players.. so if you don't start sports early there's no use intrying out. I tryed out for soccer this year, and im most certanily not the smallest girl, and i made it, but have to sit on the bench all the time. So i easily quit cuz i got no excersise in at all! It's much eaiser just getting out in your backyard and walking or running! Try it! Dont expect to lose weight by sitting there.

  • hey this is ok and all but all you have to do is excersise on a daily basis and try your best to cut down on junk food ive been doing some push ups and sit ups and also some running thats all you have to do try to create your own regement and go at your own pase im 14 and ive been doing this for 2 months now and have already lost 20 pounds

  • i dont eat meat or sea food. so i subsitute it with beans and other things with protein. i work im trying to change my ways now while im still young. iv started working out every day, 3 days a week im going to add pilates and the other days i will do cardio. im in no way fat or over weight, im one of those girls that thinks she is fat but has no meat on her body. i do have muscle tho so im not like skin and bones. i just want to start living healthy so i can live a long healthy life.

  • using the sierras system i lost 7 pounds in two days (with a hell of a lot of exercze (10000 steps) and eating 800 calories less then usually and trying to stay below 20 grams of fat a day

  • to set thing straight. this is one of my pet peavs. ok a vegan is someone who doesnt eat or use anything involved with animals ( no meat, no eggs, no fur, no products that are tested on animals) a vegitarian just doesnt eat meat (they will eat eggs, use animals tested products, ect...) so if you don't eat meat your a vegitarian not a vegan. another thing is if you eat chicken, even if you don't eat any other meat, your not considerd a vegitarian.

  • The reason i feel so strongly is because i am a vegitarian, i have been for some time, since i was 10-11 years old and i figured out what meat really was and how the animals ar slautered to get it is what opened my eyes.

  • you can have a much healthier diet being vegan if you eat right. if you don't watch your diet while being vegan it will be much more unhealthy for you. health supplements help for what you are missing in your diet.

  • If you're planning to lose 15 pounds and keep it off, eat 5 healthy portioned meals everyday (Don't Cheat or you'll gain it back), and excercise 4 or 5X a week. The best excercise is 1 hour running or jogging at your own pace, followed by 5 sets each pushups/ situps.

  • Thanks because I'm wrestling and needed to know how to lose the weight and keep it off but is it alright if I work out more than 5X a week because I lift and run on a regular basis now all I have to do is eat properly.
