there were so many wrongs in Guam's airport. Because of the glide-scope is located 5km away from the runway, they had missed approach.

They should have made the go-around at minimums, that is why you have it. The runway not in sight then, it is a go-around. Too bad the FAA hasn't made that an actual rule.

They should have made the go-around at minimums, that is why you have it. The runway not in sight then, it is a go-around. Too bad the FAA hasn't made that an actual rule.
