According to Mituna's story, when she tried to go back to the school she couldn't, there's the 2nd detail: When she left the park the 3 guys on the bike turned around and stared at her. In conclusion, Mituna was raped by those guys and got HIV since the used to have sex with prostitutes. Saddest ending ever :(
