  • I want to find out whether any individual discovered of DietOramy extra weight loss diet program (google for more information)? I've discovered of it from a friend who really spent plenty of unwanted weight, although he is kind of a fanatic, so is there anybody normal out there :D to help confirm the particular value of this extra weight loss diet program?

  • a paleo eater wold never eat a hot pepper. it burns the eyes mouth and but hole. they would have been avoided completey. use common sense.

  • actually breaking down stored fats will release fat entrained toxins and you cant do anything about it. toxins will go away in your piss. drink plenty of water.

  • If you are struggling on the Paleo diet try reducing the protein a little and add more fat. Reduce the fruit and/or try different fruits with less sugar. Move move especially in the morning. I mean move that butt and break a sweat. By breaking a sweat you are releasing toxins through the skin and cleansing the skin also. Too much and the wrong kind of fruit is how many go wrong. I like to blend my veggies as well as eat to make sure I get enough alkaline and fiber. Don't blend much fruit.

  • Paleo egg ala pork rinds: Dice onions, your favorite green pepper (jalepeno or serano for me), half of a ripe tomato (a little won't kill you), little saute with olive and virgin coconut oil (don't cook too much you kill mightymins), add whole scrambled eggs and lightly cook (stir slightly on occasion but don't let burn or crisp egg). Slide onto plate, salt to taste, sprinkle crumbled pork rinds on top, add whole pork rinds around and some salsa for fun. Eat in calmness, meditate after, rest.

  • I'd rework: Ditch the sleeves and add coconut oil to each compartment, add finely chopped broccoli plus add some herbs and spices between the layers. I'd even consider replacing bacon with chicken or salmon.

  • Thanks for the great recipe! I made a batch of these, but although they tasted really good I found that my cupcakes ended up really sticking to the muffin paper cups, making it a bit of a mess when you try to eat them. Don't you get the same problem? Any tips to avoid it?

  • @xsugarcrispx I'd say fix up some eggs in the morning (90 minutes before you workout) along with at least two servings of fruit(like bananas). IMMEDIATELY after you workout make sure to consume at least two more servings of fruit (like apples) along with LOW FAT protein (like fish). As the day goes on eat less or no more fruit and consume fattier meats, nuts, and veggies.

    atm my breakfast is 4-6 egg whites/some salsa/maybe some turkey or chicken then an apple + almond butter

    i have a snack to get me to lunch aka steves original paleokit (i have one left ):

    lunch is either paleo sloopppyy joes with horse meat and apple/almond butter

    snack is almonds/fruit

    supper is chicken or meat w/ salad avoiding fruits late, any tips would be great :D

  • @ashley122890 Depends on who's plan your are following. Mark Sission and Robb Wolf are much more lenient on eggs than Cordain.

  • Great recipe. It looked like the muffin cups were aluminum. If so, I would not use aluminum and avoid any cookware with a synthetic, non-stick surface.

  • @PaleoDietRecipes they cooked but not baked...im just saying, real paleo was, more meat, less fruit, and little vegetables, some eggs a year, cooked on fire without any ingredients or may be some spices,,i see people using olive oil saying its healthy, yea may be its healthy but cavemen had no oil. body dont need oil, it produces oil from the food we eat..and ur viewers can use the fire barbeque thingy that works with coal

  • @FahadRyu They didn't have olive oil, but they did have olives which is where people obviously get olive oil from.

    As far as oils go, Olive Oil is one of the healthiest things you can eat so I see no reason why it shouldn't be included in a Paleo diet or any diet for that matter. The research done on olive oil's health benefits is staggering, it would be foolish not to use it.

  • @LuniaVideo there is a reason why 1 olive have very very very little oil. u can eat few olives that makes 1 drop of olive oil...while cooking u obviously use more than a drop..the way yaal use oils, i think yaal want oils to grow in watermelons. there is a reason why vegetable is vegetable...there is a reason that there is no oil in the world without processing..just eat ur fruits dont juice them, eat veges dont use them., drink spring water, eat local meat on fire with some spices thats all....

  • @LuniaVideo why would u think of adding anything into paleo diet, u wanna customize it. u just look for a reason to eat more non paleo. they didnot eat oil and fry their food,. so just learn this.. no oil..by the way we need tools and machines to produce oil. they didnot even eat grains because tools and hard work was used.

  • @FahadRyu The majority of our food is picked or harvested with machines, regardless of whether it's organic or not. You can't get away from that. If you're concerned about machinery, then there really isn't much you can eat, paleo or otherwise.

  • @LuniaVideo yes paleo or otherwise nothing...I have a Masters degree in ITC, and i think we never needed machines.if u think about it, paleo or vegan is the real thing, none of that bread fries, chips chocolates n stuff like that,, machines and higher education is just needed to drive expensive cars , workouts, fashion n stuff.

    i made grilled chicken and egg whites no oil, no salt , with spices n lemon in chicken, and some cold water, tastes the same and i feel good

  • @MrToukko Actually, that's pretty much how I bow hunt deer. Eat nothing but greens for three days before the hunt. Eliminates body odor.

  • @PaleoDietRecipes how the hell does anyone know that lol i mean i know they find fossilized poop with seeds in and take samples from teeth on skulls and stuff, but how can you possible know how they cooked their eggs? i like the idea of the diet though

  • @SpreadingAwareness well my comment was meant to be partially a joke, but there is no way we will ever know how early humans cooked their eggs for sure. Scientists and anthropologists can only make educated guesses. I am not an anthropologist. But, i can imagine that this method of cooking might have crossed their minds!

  • @Plum369 It's actually unhealthy to eat raw egg whites. It's fine to eat raw yolks but egg white have antinutrients in them.

    It's safe to say that paleolithic man had access to fire so it's possible they ate cooked eggs.

  • @Plum369 The cavemen after walking 20 miles up and down hills in the heat with only piece of rotten fruit and some bugs he found in the morning comes across some quail eggs. They are small he cracks them into his mouth then continues on hoping to find small game or if he is lucky a lion kill. No matter what diet people come up with we eat too much and move too little. Eat less, move more.

  • @5TIMELOSER I used the foil-type muffin cups and they didn't stick too badly at all. You could also just use no-stick spray and pour directly into the pan, which is how the original recipe called for it to be made.
