If you look at all the other level and stage names they arent correctly spelled. Bloo Hills, Iello Adventure, Arange Gorge etc. It doesnt have to make absolute sense, its Kirby.

A polis is a city, or citizenship. Paletto is just palette with an O on the end. Its Kirby, you dont need to ask questions, just play the game and have fun.
