Love this clip. Haven't read this script in a good while so don't know about the re-writes to the book-but I do know that it's all in Twain's Huck Finn so they're not far off. Agree about Judge Thatcher. Love this Huck Finn. Would love to see more of this production.

Was this performance altered a bit, or are there two versions of Big River? In the script we are reading from, the discipline part happens after "Do ya wanna go to Heaven?".

I saw this last spring at the Highschool and the complexity of this song one of the best in the entire production.

I just have one question, where's the sign laguage? The whole reason why this play was so popular was the innovational sign interpretation for the hearing impaired.

Do you have any more clips of this production? If you do, I request putting up, "Waiting for the Light to Shine". That's one of my personal favorites.

They only did sign language in the revival of this show. In the original broadway production, there was no sign language.
