  • I really love this. Sia's "Breathe Me" is one of my favorite songs and it works very nicely against Lange's images. However, unless I am mistaken, I am certain the image of the woman in front of the American flag at 2:05 is Gordon Parks' portrait "American Gothic" from 1942. It is a fitting complement to the collection you share, as part of the FSA, but should not be attributed to Lange.

    Thank you for sharing!

  • This is wonderful! It will be great for my art lesson based around Dorothea Lange. Like the captions, it will be great for students. Thank you for creating this.

  • music and images a great.

the added text just detracts from the artist.

maybe if you are teaching a younger audience then you can have a lecture explaining in a simple form what the sub text was trying to convey

  • Fantastic--thanks for putting this together. ...I would have preferred more understated music--no lyrics--but I'm sure this works well for the younger folks...
