Snow Leopard (10.6.1 64bit) running fast on Hp Pavillon DV5 Notebook

@chathurangebandara Hi there, nah I unfortuently had no luck and just stuck with using Linux and Windows 7. I would love to install lion on it tho. Ive tried using pre patched disks and I tried using a disk called 123-boot. Still had no luck, I could never get the laptop to boot but wierdly enough I managed to briefly run it on my AMD system that I built around 3 years ago. I will keep looking though and if I come across anything interesting I will message you :)

for those who think it runs slow try installing the latest drivers for your graphics card for mac os x and after that restart your computer and it will work perfect =)

Hey can you tell me how you installed yours? every time i ask someone they always tell me to Google Hackintosh for your PC which doesn't help at all. I keep getting the error "Still Waiting For Root Device"

Hi there, I have just brought a HP Pavilion dv6-2105ea. I was wondering if it is possible for me to install snow leopard onto it. I have tried and failed with a hackingtosh x86 disk which I downloaded. Cheers in advance!!! :)

so this is legal as long as u put an apple sticker on ur computer right... thats wat it says in the terms of service on the mac....

SnowOSX 3.5 iso installation (downloadable on torrent)

and latest version of iHack package (for nvidia vga accel...)
