Dude - great video, awesome birds, great training, but the music....gotta go. Probably only 5% of the public likes it. Maybe the birds could pick the next batch of music to fly to!
Beautiful, I want to learn where are you located. I have a two year old blue and gold and a green wing thats two also and a sun conure. They are free in the house when we're home and close by but not any outside stuff.
That's really great that you take amazing care of your birds, give them enough attention, flight time, etc. There are some poor bird owners out there who don't care enough! I really love the pictures and videos of your birds! Hoping to add to my mini flock of 2 budgies-- a conure ;)
I Have A Untamed Green Cheek Conure And She Wont Allow Me To Touch Her. and i have had her 4 4days now and she just flys away Any Suggestions? and i am using a clicker. help
beware the red tailed hawk...They are fast as lightning and grab a bird in a split second.. I Know it happened to me, And all you can do is watch helplessly as they carry it away.....
this is wonderful. now that's a scene you don't see everyday.
it seems like ur birds are very happy with you, they are surely blessed to have an owner like you, cause they can taste the freedom and have a free flight. some birds don't even go outta their cage. i admire you.
btw,how did you started to let them fly like that, didn't you get afraid they could escape?
i could watch this video all day. its such a good feeling to know there are people like you that let there pets get out every now and then. its very obvious there happy and they love you very much
OMG, that's so cool!!! I have a 4months old quaker parrot and I'd love to freeflight him, but I don't know where to start. Is there a website that I can go to to learn step by step?
hey hey my Brutha!! I was born in Cebu but now in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.. right across from Detroit Michigan USA(Motown)..... I think your birds are beautiful and Amazing how they fly back to you.... Must feel great for them to spread their wings like that?... check out my bird here in Canada....lol.....
my rescued macaws have never been tough to fly how i can i teach them with out freaking them out? i have had my boy for 5 years and hes better but still freaked out
Arnt you affraid a wild bird of prey will go after them? There has to be some those birds around? Its too much risk in letting them free fly. It would only take a second for a wild bird to kill them....
I love your birds and their video's! Please keep them coming! I have a qustion, did your macaw hit walls or windows in the house, before you have started your free flight training. My 4 month green wing baby macaw hits everything and I am afraid that he will hurt himself. Thanks in advance for your answer. Evgenia.
My sun conure is attached to my hip and I would bring him outside all the time. One day, he was spooked by a noise and flew 50 ft up into a tree in the woods near my house. He was scared and out of sorts. I had to get a 40 ft ladder and climb up to him and coax him down. Needless to say, I don't bring him outside anymore!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, did I mention Awesome. I just brought home a 3 month African Grey. The pet shop wanted to clip his wings but I refused. The next day after bringing him home he flew right to my finger. No matter how hard I trained him don't think I would ever free fly him...I would be too scared.
Beautiful to see you video and tell your great choice of song. Peace!
love this vid but feel bad i cant do that with my birds since i live in a city and you cant free flight in city because they will fly away sooner or later, notice how all the free flight vids are done in the middle of nowhere and btw i notice how you had to travel to an open field to do that, you just prove my point

Our guy, very cool ... bad as you did to train all
them in a way that they come back and not escape?
As you secured the first day of training so they can not escape from your grasp?
I'll be grateful if you take my doubts .. thanks!

If another bird of animal should come near and scare them off.
