why this particular delicious song reminds me of Xena the warrior Princess? Maybe it came around the same time? or maybe Xena has an episode with a similar song?
@MrShadeviperx ITS TERRIBLE s'n d' is full of 10 year old quickscoping tryhards, as snipers are othewise useless, Lmgs are about as common as platnium, and smgs rule all. most guns seem to be a few bullet kills, its like stopping power is permanently on. CoD is nothing like it used to be, all those from the cod 4 era will agree with me. campaign is good, though.
@Dragonfloe yeah i was just agreeing with the tard to calm him down lol. Battlefield is a much better game. And cod 4 was legendary, the only cod that was better than battlefield imo.
@prodiggy13 hans zimmer wouldent have done mw2 if it was a kid game because hans zimmer is no kid game. your listening to hans zimmer score now, so nothing beats him he is the best
@germanguy54321 It always happens for composers to create something new and then pull inspiration from it for some other themes for a while. However, Hans always found a way to get something new/different with Batman Begins, Inception and now Sherlock Holmes.
there are a lot of similarities between mars by holst and the pirates of the caribbean theme in this, understandable after writing many major film scores over the years.
@Bogandrummer That and like any artist Hans Zimmer has a distinctive style of music. You can tell what he's composed just by listening to it. Just like any other artist.
Man.. Hans Zimmer plagiarized the hell out of Holst's "Mars". Don't get me wrong, I love the soundtrack, and I love Hans Zimmer, but a good portion of this song in general just felt ripped right out of "Mars". lol

You can hear the influence of Holst's "The Planets" @ 1:56. Technically brilliant.
Evocation of the gods of war. Almost archetypal.
The story and music cannot be separated.
