I went to the doctors and I do not have pink eye but severe allergies. My eye is so red it looks fake.

Not just for kids anymore! I'm twenty and I've had a bruised feeling in my left eye all week and it started to discharge today, so I went to the clinic and sure enough...I have pink eye and using eye drops for one week. The only strange thing is that my eye isn't as pink as I thought it would be, it's only a little pink towards the bottom right part of my left eye. Ouchy.

i got pink eye from sun screen entering my eye right eye, so for this i think i need antibiotics but not sure.

i have the same problem as my father . after taking shower we always have pink eyes and it stays so for about 10 minutes. as i remember it was like this all my life. is something can be done about this?

could be caused by chlorine or different things in your water or shampoo or soap...

there isnt anything i know about for at home. you should definately go to the doctor for it. if you have contacts, take them off. ive had to deal with this and if i didnt go sooner, i could have gone blind or have partial blindness.
