@SuperVAIK no, the body is made of metal (quarter panels), plastic (front fenders) and the rest is fiber glass, but the z28's and v6's have metal hoods where as the SS' is fiberglass.
@SuperVAIK 3800 lbs give or take a few pounds for certain SLP options and factory options from chevrolet. its not hard to lighten these cars up at all.

well, at the point that i took this video, it had about 14,000 miles on it, so it pretty much was off the showroom floor, even though it was 6 years old. and it's just an 80 series flowmaster, so i'm not trying to impress anyone, just posted so people had an idea of what to expect with an 80 series. i want the GMMG exhaust for it, but i don't have the cash, let me know if you'd like to donate. otherwise, look up some of these with headers or catback setups, THEN you might be impressed.

My dad has the same one, i noticed all of these have diffrent features, some have convertable, some have t tops, (which my dads has) and some just got a sunroof. His is auto, but ive seen some manual ones. He didnt do anything to his car, still has 325 stock horses. Iz kewl
yeah, they made 3,000 or so of these "limited edition" SS'. mine is #775. its a t-top. and none of them came with sunroofs. camaros never had sunroofs. it was either, hardtop, t-top, or convertible. and some had 6 speed manuals, and others had the 4 speed automatic. mine has the auto. and stock 325 horsies. fun car though.

i have a truck with the slp packade type chevy truck rs, it has 350 horse power, and its a 5.3, my brother has a 427 SS #37 out of 187 made in 2002

well this one has a complete cold air kit on it and a flowmaster muffler. 325 horsepower stock, so i might be pushin 330 horsepower now, haha.
