They are only really threatining because they have nukes, thier airforce is outdated, if large, thier army is poorly trained, although it's very large, and same goes for their navy.

Well, it doesn't matter whether you're American or not -- Koreans tend to call everyone "American," including my buddy from New Zealand (within a few days of starting to learn Korean he noticed kids pointing at him and saying "miguk saram"). So maybe you're from New Zealand, or maybe you're Canadian, or whatever. The DPRK soldiers won't know the difference, if you're here, and the bombs they drop on you sure as hell won't know the difference.

Nope, I'm not Korean. ;) I don't live close to the border. Daegu is the fourth major city and is close to the southern end of South Korea. I guess there's a bit of risk but not enough to dissuade me from living here!
