Interesting...one moment he says there is no equal opportunity...the next he says a 4-year college degree increases the chances to reach the top quintile by a factor of five. College is open to all who fulfill the acceptance requirements. That is a central component to the ideal of equality of opportunity. Unfortunately, not every student who is given the opportunity to succeed in the form of a free education understands its value. Yet the opportunity exists.
