The people that I come across care, but I think they feel powerless and already stressed. They're in a constant state of survival mode. I know my parents worked over 12 hours a day at work. Then people have kids. They don't have the energy to do the research. I happen to be self-employed which has given me time to learn. What I would like to see is us actually implementing solutions. One idea is to grow a garden, plant some fruit trees. That would be a good start.

It's almost a good thing that Ron Paul didn't get the nomination, because I honestly don't think he could have turned this market around so soon. I am a 2005 graduate. My highschool education was a joke. Our daily school work was basically 20 minutes of copying vocabulary out of our text books and the remaining 1 hour and 10 minutes was a gossip fest. It sickened me so much that i took it upon myself to create a 6 hour independant study time at my home and public library. 180 out of about 200 of the Girls in my graduating class were pregnent or had had a child. Our youth are ignorant, uncontrollable breeding slaves.
