That arrangement needs at least three key changes... each one taking it 2 full steps higher. Only then will it be high enough to really show of Mark's voice.
One of those Stevie songs that I quite dig but doesn't get a whole lot of love. I first fell in love with it because it was the played over the ending credits for "High Fidelity". Nice fucking job, Mark.
