1) i agree that stop motion would have been better.
2) it's quite cute how you used his hat to prop him up.
3) you should have gotten indy to take out his gun and shoot the emperor like how he shot the arab swordsman! haha that would have been hillarious!
anyways, good job. rather creative. keep it up!
