man fella what kinda device did u record this one and from u got some kinda old skool old ass early bass stereo sounds like or sum shit certainly not straight from comp or soundpro....
This song never made sense to me at first. But yesterday I had a strange dream about my old friends ghost visiting me and somehow this song was playing in the background. It was so spiritual. One of the strange and best experiences of my life.
great songs! These two songs remind me of when I was 15. I was high on ecstasy for the first time while listening to the songs (this was also the first time I had ever been high on anything). whenever I listen to Eon Blue Apocalypse and The Patient together I get overwhelmed by the nostalgia of that time. it was so surreal and hard to explain.. it felt like a dream...
This song is so amazing. THe whole Lateralus album was simply divine. Purchasing this album and throwing in weed to the mix has seriously impacted my life and I owe a LOT to Tool for that. I quite simply am not the same person I was pre-Tool.
Finally a band with something quite interesting to say and the talent and genius to back it!!!!
the last comment sounded dumb i meant the people who dislike listen to rap so dont get all up my ass about it and the conversation on here is crazy deep about religon i personaly dont belive i think when u die ur ass gets stuffed in a box an buired 6 feet deep i think the 6 feet is a metaphor for how deep in bull shit you are though
tool is so sick undescibeable the music is also a trip and has alot of metaphorical meaning anyone who dislikes this has no idea what real music is tool has actual talent and they probably listen to rap and think that takes talent which it dosent
At least arguments on a Tool video are halfway smart and not about whos cuter Justin Beeber or some other nonsense. I mean its all pointless but still, at least Tool video arguments are about a higher power & spiritual shit. Trust me it could be more moronic people. lol
I agree with Telemachus70, not all Christians do it for the promise of salvation. Some do it because of the goodness of their heart. Someone needs to open their heart chakra.
Not every Christian is in it for salvation. Some do it for peace and a purpose in life and what not. You can research that stuff yourself. I don't wanna argue about it.
@telemachus70 when you boil it down, christians are christians simply because they're afraid to die. They cling to the idea of "heaven" to help them cope.
@dvssk8er3 I don't see how non-existence is a scary thing. You're completely obliterated and aren't going to ponder how frightening it is not existing. Sorry, but your comment makes no sense.
@dvssk8er3 Did I just destroy your little world view or something? I had no idea this was your primary reason for rejecting a belief system. Perhaps you should be the one doing the thinking, because it's evident that you don't do it often.
The guitar has delay on it in eon and at the beginning of patient the bass has a wah. I found somewhere the set up they both use. Very simple and very effective in making amazing sound.
i accidentaly got used to fall asleep listeing to this whole album, and now i cant fall asleep until ive listened to the whole thing. its really strange. but i love it.
@TheRockinRowl I agree, it helps me fall asleep too! its my favourite chill out song of all time. no matter what mood i'm in, Disposition calms me . Keep on Rockin :)
