Hey thanks for the comment man.. The Biggest tip i can give you is believe that it can be done.. I know when i started i did not picture me having any progress. And as i kept going it was motivating to see the scale.. and the pounds drop. Do thinks that are fun .. dance . play sports And stay around people who will motivate you and not bring you down! Good Luck man you can do!
