  • These series of videos RDG have put together totally rock, I think its a really great idea and must have cost them quite a few bucks - money well spent :-)

  • My friend ask me to help him build his reputation and i referred him here to RDG careers. And after a day he said this site gives him a boost and a good start on how to increase his self confidence. RDG rocks

  • The best way to have a good reputation is to let them see your good attitude and handwork.

  • People always look upon the negative and bad side of a person. And the best way to make them ashamed to their selves is to let them see the good reputation of a person.

  • The more reputation you leave. The more people will recognize and respect you.

  • First to build is a good reputation starting with your family and the next is your work. A good reputation and people will respect you.

  • Those were some very great tips. Facebook and other social networking sites are only for networking with friends and family. There are often options to hide your profile from people you do not know, thus sparing you of the embarrassment of your employer seeing inappropriate content on your profile.

  • YES!!! A person should have a good reputation becuase it is essential to you finding a (good) job. LOL, a friend of mine had a facebook, she still got hired....interesting. Some companies dont even look online..

  • Networking opportunities: seminars!! I think that facebook and twitter are awesome!!! But so true, you should keep you self conservative....i guess. Anyway, getting jobs with bad reputation just sucks. Source: friend.

  • In today's tough workplace, your reputation is important. It can help you get or keep a job. A good reputation is build and earned. Establish a clean record that can be track by people or prospective employer. Develop attitude like honesty, integrity, ethics, etc.

  • It really is fun to do a google search for yourself over the internet, try it yourself and you'll know why, =)

  • Networking Opportunities could really help a lot, they give us new relevant information about things that could be useful on our daily life.

  • I do agree, we should really be cautious on what's written or posted about us over the internet, cause these days people could easily tract some of your background on the internet.

  • Networking opportunities are great plus most of em are free, so sometimes if we have some spare time we should use it wisely, by trying to attend some trainings and seminars.

  • It's cool to have a facebook nor a friendster account, and somehow it's also cool to upload some of your wacky & kinky pictures, but it could really destroy your reputation, keep in mind that people have different virtue and perception with a certain thing.

  • That's right different people have different point of views with different things, so better be sure with posting some of your pictures over the internet.

  • Good reputation, is a persons' personal negligence. It must be well kept so that in times of, for example applying on a job you wouldnt have any trouble.

  • Very true, and besides put some common sense who in the world would allow anyone or anything by any means to destroy his reputation.

  • It really seems funny that a lot of people do get busted by some companies due to the fact that they have "kinky" photos over the internet that could somehow show their good nor bad personality, it's funny butt it's a fact so watch your every step. =)

  • It would be good for us to maintain a good reputation as much as possible even if we're still in highschool, It really helps a lot .

  • Attending training and seminars could uplift your reputation, atleast when you would apply for a job they could see that you have a decent reputation for you have been involved with some trainings and seminars.

  • Everything changes, who could really knew that your internet hobby such as friendster and facebook could really ruin your chances of getting hired on your application, great video thanks for reminding.

  • Good reputation should really be well maintained, it really helps a lot when applying with big companies.

  • There was a time in which a friend of mine didn't land a job, for the fact that the company in which he is applying for really made a Internet search of his name (facebook & friendster) and found his photos that are somehow unacceptable and on that day we have learned are lesson LOL, Thanks for reminding it.

  • Good tips. Who knew a facebook profile could ruin your chances of getting a job?

  • That's right, always remember not to put some disgusting pictures of yours over the internet those that can turn you off to otherpeople. :D

  • I do agree, specially those pictures when your drunk, those pictures could really affect how people would look unto you, first impressions last. :D
