These series of videos RDG have put together totally rock, I think its a really great idea and must have cost them quite a few bucks - money well spent :-)
My friend ask me to help him build his reputation and i referred him here to RDG careers. And after a day he said this site gives him a boost and a good start on how to increase his self confidence. RDG rocks
People always look upon the negative and bad side of a person. And the best way to make them ashamed to their selves is to let them see the good reputation of a person.

There was a time in which a friend of mine didn't land a job, for the fact that the company in which he is applying for really made a Internet search of his name (facebook & friendster) and found his photos that are somehow unacceptable and on that day we have learned are lesson LOL, Thanks for reminding it.
