The next handheld NSMB game will probably be on the 3DS and the next console NSMB game will probably be "NSMB Mii" for the Wii U. We've only seen a tech demo so far but it will probably become a game.

The music is actually pretty good. But if they did make a sequel to the DS or the Wii version, they should make it in the same place as the original Super Mario Bros. 2, in Mario's dream land. I think if they repackaged Mario Advance to be more 'Mario-esque', Nintendo would have a fantastic game on their hands.
