Like I said before, nothing really indicates that they actually like each other. I think Jennette would be subtley touch his arm and they'd make more eye contact with each other. They appear to just be friends although if anything Nathan looks to be the one who has a crush because he is very interested in what Jennette does but Jennette is only interested in what she is doing. The classic sign of guy loves his best friend who is a girl.
