Yah practically every marching band and Corp's practices with shirts off because it's in the summer for dci and the becoming of fall for college and high school bands. I'm a tuba player and it get hot out side so we take our shirts of so we don't die. After one run of a 8 min show u are covered in sweat and practice makes you run it over and over so that is why. Also the chicks that wear sports
