@ezequiel218s theres a reason, i mean there fantastic, the best boot ive used they make sidi feel like robot boots. ive worn dainese axial pro but never had chance to ride in them :/ if I was you, get the ones you like the look of more, because there both top class boots :)
@ezequiel218s yeah i agree with small, they are a different fit from most gloves, they have big thumbs and thick fingers because of there german design
@ezequiel218s hmm thats a tough one, held have the best durability of any glove company, but Dainese make some dam good gloves. I would say if your wearing leather suit then Dainese, they will deffinetly fit you better if your wearing RS taichi. if you havent got anyway of trying them on first. my only consern about full metal pro is the lack of wrist armour but you can never protect against every injury. My choice would be Dainese :) but have you checked out alpinestars at all? there brilliant
@ezequiel218s i dont think its right to call it an imperfection, glove companys spend alot of time choosing he shape of hand. held is a german company so the majority of hands they test have thick fingers and long thumbs like wise with italian gloves, dainese A* all have very thin fingers and short thumbs because thats what most meditarianian hands are like. As long as you know what sort of hand type you have you will pick the right pair for you. more protection doesnt alway mean better.
great video. thanks for teling us how you broke your wrist so we can learn from your bad expirience. check the RS tai chi gp evo gloves. excelent gloves except they r not made of kangoor leather. good recovery.
is it easy to bend? like.. it isn't that stiff? I have tried some of Alpinstars' gloves that are ment for racing, but I feel it is too stiff if you know what I mean? thanks for any answer :)
@OnlyXfox am i right in think you mean the knuckles? i usually ride in alpinestars gp pro and never found them to be stiff the held titans are rock solid on the outside and completly unbendable but very soft and form to your knuckles on the inside. you wont reconise the knuckles are there. i do prefer my gp pros for feel though. :) hope it helps
@dreamofthephoenix you might be interested in a friend of mine who is a female vegan vlogger. the only downside to vegan gloves are less protection for some reason. there are the "Aerostich Vegan Gloves " which i believe they also do motorycle vegan boots too :). my vegan friend would be happy to help you im sure in more detail- joyinc30 just let her know iorn dog told you, im sure she will want to help :) if your daughters worried about leathers textile has really got alot better
If you want the best in gloves look for Knox Hand Armour. I took a spill once - not anything like yours thank god - and I didn't suffer a scratch. The gloves are pricey but worth every cent. I just saw your video and that support peice on your ankle. Really sorry to see that bud. That's a good reminder for us bikers to take extra caution. Is that peice permanent???
@capslock007 no not permenant, about a year drilled in the bone. it acts like a cast. there to join the bone. I like knox as a company its just after i saw the first brand new batch of handroids that burst open on impacked they vered me off the gloves. The held titans are actually about £50 dearer than the hand armour but i do love the scaphiod system on them. thanks for watching and there are newer videos on my channel. please have a look :)
@pedroaguiaromundo thanks man, those gloves are so nice the only other pair i seem to like the look of is the RS tiachi ones. and thanks for the sub and kind words :D
I study gear extensively. However even though Handroid doesn't fair so well currently, they are constantly being updated as they're getting more feed back from customers.
there are 2 more gloves I think you should do a review on.
1. GPEvo Rstaichi
2. Velocity gear Formula or Prodigy glove (CE certified glove) google velocity gear ce certified glove
Great review of what seems to be a great pair of gloves. However, stingray, kangaroo? Call me what you will but i'm very pro animal rights and would only consider wearing these if I knew that the hide/skin of the animal was a bi-product of food production.
@seb23490 Thats a very valid comment and not one many bikers see. I agree with you entirly on animal rights, and i would never ever try to argue a good reason to justify it, the only thing that I knew I had to do was protect my writs as well as I could, and these gloves are proven to do so, I feel extreamly bad about having cow hide used for my benifit too. I just hope people would see my injurys and understand my reasoning. Thank you for the comment :)
@IornDog91 yes tbh i see your point, i saw your video showing the damage to your bike, your scars and leg injury. if i was in your position i too would buy the best gear possible regardless of where it came from. With regards to asking for advice on whether or not to get back on a bike after what you have been through. the way i see it is, i dont see you having an accident which cld be worse than that. i mean, as accidents go, thats about as worse as it could get without loosing your life.
@IornDog91 so i doubt u wld be involved in a serious accident like that again. the whole event would probably change your riding style completely. saying that its unpredictable what can happen out on the road and im not in a position where i have had an accident and then got back to riding so i don't know how you feel. I just hope you recover well and nothing like that happens to you or anyone again
@BoredinHI Spidi is a great brand especially there gloves :D the new one (most expensive) are very similer to these held gloves. besides the sing ray they look very similer, I think i would be happy to ride in either :)
@joyinc30 Me too. I didnt like the fact all these exotic animals are been used, I heard that if they could figure out how to make it of the same material spiders use for webs, it would be 100 times stronger than kevlar and no animals would be harmed :D hope your doing well joyce, Been a while since ive heard from you :) last video i watched was your dog likes green mush food lol :P
Held, very nice. I've never owned a pair, but if I could turn back the hands of time I would of made them my 2nd pair of gloves and probably would not have as many pairs as I have now which is just wasted money. Sorry bout ur get off.
@Pittimus84 Thanks for the comment Pittimus :D I do really like these gloves, but i should for the price lol I guess with gear we all just have to think of it as a investment :)
@IornDog91 Gear is a very good investment, I could of went about it smarter if I would of known what I know now, but I have been wearing gear from day 1 and it has payed for it's self many times over. Helds are nice, I almost got some Phantoms, but I opted for a brand here in America called Kobe Leathers, imo you just can't beat the quality and price for what I paid, they've done me well in 2 crashes.
Iorndog please put this as a video response to my glove video because you have a more professional insight. I never heard of those gloves and I bet a lot of others have not either, they are awesome. Thanks 4 sharing !
I was hoping you wouldn't show your leg again, as I want to pass out every time I see it...lol.
I can't wait to your new bike reveal and just take it one ride at a time my friend :)
You have a beautiful dog there btw.....take care !!
Great review. I'm currently using a pair of Sidi gloves which I am pretty happy with. I'll make a note of these though for when the Sidi's wear out. thx for the info!
ohhh so curious about the new bike and also so congrats on getting the leg brace of soon. Funny thing about gloves I never put much stock in them. I don't or never have been on a track but I just figured a glove is a glove cause they all have to meet some kind of standard. Funny how it works I spent $200 on a helmet, $200 for pants and boots, $300 on leather jacket and $20 on gloves. Maybe time to upgrade. Thanks for the info
@WildBill1006 :D I never put much thought into gloves before my wrist snapped ethier lol, I just wore a $30 pair but if you think about it most crashes where you loose control of the bike, the first thing to hit the ground will usually be your hands. :D thanks for commenting, Ihope it helps some people, somethings better than nothing, I hope it will stop people from riding with no gloves :)
love your channel man but i cant help thinking you look like a beefier manly version of neil from the inbetweeners :L

I think that alot of german companies put more money into the product and less into advertising. Quality over flashy ads.
