Create Silverlight Animations Using Expression Blend 4

I just started to learn, is there a way to use functions like in after effects such as easein with keyframes?

Ok I just made my first animation... of a dude walking... pretty rough drawing... but DAMN wow.. so far what I did it was simple and really easy... I've used flash and I believe Flash is a powerful tool but I think Blend wouldn't have to envy anything from flash... well I'm still learning so let's see what else is Blend capable of :)
