Bridgwater Carnival 2009 Squibbing Squibs Fireworks

I am sorry to be so dense, but I have never seen this before. Where is Bridgewater? What kind of fireworks that do not seem to burn the people?

@W8ndat Bridgwater is in Somerset, UK. This takes place after the Carnival has finished which is one of the largest illuminated carnivals in the world (see my other videos). I believe the fireworks are specially made for the event

Meh, it look reasonable in the HD mode, but this kind of footage (lots of motion) is never come out perfect on youtube
