im making halo armor right now (original huh?) i hope it turns out alright with the expanding foam.

okay i have a question, all these videos on here showing you how to make foam armor and stuff are really cool and it looks amazing. WHEN PEOPLE ARE STOOD UP. if you're at a con, you are going to want to sit down at some point. is there a way to sit down and not break foam, or how to substitute foam for somthing more sustainable? or do you literally have to stand the entire time

In a full armor costume I stand the whole time, just because it's often not possible to sit without breaking your costumes. But the most of my costumes are much more comfortable. And well... when I create a costume I often don't take care so much for comfort. I want to look cool, pose and jump around in them and not to relax.
