Are the starters for storm silver still gonna be the hoenn? are legedaries going to be wild or over world encounters? are you gonna do stat changes? and is it possible to remove the flash tm from being needed because we all hate it?and are you releasing an ips file or the full patched rom? . sorry for all the questions I'm really looking forward to this hack

starter is eevee, overworld encounters, yes, no, xdelta file (ips won't fit the file size)
