What the HECKKKK.....2006 was Bill's best by far!!!!! He never should have changed!!!!!! The hair, the face, the clothes then....he was SO HOT! But after that does anyone notice how his face started to change, his skin got lighter, and now he looks kind of bad! And way too feminine w/ his clothes and hair....I still really like Bill as a person but he has changed ....anyone else agree??
