I have 765, but not 759, though if I can snag another on e-bay at some point, I would renumber it. Current roster is 717, 732, 738, 740, 748, 750, 765, 776 and 779.
When I was playing around with n scale I had a LL Heritage Berkshire. The tender had no wires all the power pickup was in the loco. How did you add sound decoder to this?
The later runs of the Berks have 12-wheel electrical pickup in the tender. I run the sound decoder off the tender pickup. The first run (717 and 738) did have tender pickup, but only on 6 wheels; I replaced their tender underframes with ones I bought as replacement parts.
What is your track plan? it looks great. I am incorporating a turntable in mine hopefully with a nice yard also. i live in a 5200+ sq. ft house yet I can't ffind the room anywhere for a layout. your track plan might help me out a little bit.
My layout runs around 2 1/2 walls of a spare bedroom, and is about 2' deep except where the turntable area is, which is 3' deep. The main line is basically a loop, but the back of the loop runs behind the backdrop, which gives a bit more realism.
does ez track count as good track?

Trackwork needs to be almost perfect - no kinks, no humps, etc.
