    (Tee Set,George Baker,Mouth & McNeil...... anyone...?)

  • golden earring samen met earth and fire and ekseption betse band van Nederland

  • Very - very genious song, with beautiful lyrics !!! And ... they wrote this song when they were 18 - 19 years old !!!

  • Very good stuff, a great song and a great combo. !!

  • Well...Just another evidence a quality of dutch rock music is as always as superb...

  • Echt SUPER!!!

  • the dutch have two sources of pride clock work oranange and the golden earrings. also didn't know u guys spoke english until now.

  • Wow!This is so fucking bad that it's even good.Holy Holy shit, what did the producer

of this diarhoe smoke I wonder.Good to know, that GE became such a fantastic

rock group with songs well remembered by many many...Classic rock rules.

    By the way:who is Lena?

  • totally amazing...thanx so much for the discovery....truly.

  • Why the 80s has the best music of all ages...cause most bands from the 60s and 70s where finally finding their sound in the early 80s plus add the brand new bands from the 80s...thats colossal!!!

  • 80s music sound like plastic drab missing the soul and raw authenticity of 60s music.

  • mods rule!

  • fantastische plaat

  • The name of the old drummer / producer is Jaap Eggermont. Also famous as the producer of "The Stars on 45".

  • Thanks for clearing that up. It's George Kooymans on leadvocals if I'm not mistaken. he has a great voice.

  • Yes thats right

  • EXCELENTE BANDA,saludos desde (lima - peru )

  • Uitstekend !

    Groetjes - Thommy

  • SOng and production still holding up tremendously. STILL WITH OLD DRUMMER AND SUCCESFUL PRODUCER, WHAT'SHISNAME.

    Thanks fr posting and mem'ries.

  • Pop-opera!

  • Symfo!

  • Dank je wel PureSmokey, te gek!

  • geweldige clip zeg, ze waren hun tijd al ver vooruit met die modderbaden....maar helemaal hilarisch is toch wel dat geweldige zwembroekje op 1.41 echt 'not done'nu maar zo cool back then...nog zo lekker onschuldig...

  • Wow ,another flash back.....☺

    Never understood how a screaming

    day sounded though....☺

At the time I thought this sucked,

just like Dong Dong Diky Diky Dong ☺

but age does some strange things

    to me,now I think it's allright ♫

  • This is a righteous Romp! 1967 you say? Go figure. Who'da thunk?! *Wink!*

  • Klasse plaat!

  • beste liedje van golden earring

  • Love Golden Eearing..Nederlands best Band ever!!

  • them and Van Halen ofcourse! ;)

  • @yomamadontdanz

Completely agree with you They were and 'still' are fabulous!!

  • wa boeit da man?

  • I've got the same question. I also was surprized to see Barry in this vid. They look very very young. At that time I - the age of 10 - was more interested in Q65 and groep 1850, but I appreciate their old songs a lot more.

  • was Barry Hay in tye group when this was made?

  • Barry Hay joined the group in 1968

  • that was 1967 dude

  • Youre right, sorry

  • yes for the first time

  • 1967 [nineteen sixty seven]

Has there been ANY other year that has produced MORE hits, more great music than

    1967 [nineteen sixty seven] ?!?

  • No.

  • do they ever sing songs from the 60s at there concerts

  • no ...I think no ..I see them 2007 in Köln - you see on you tube (Rockpalast) + a new song: stratosphere.. :))

  • Yeah, they do. Just A Little Bit Of Peace In My Heart, Please Go, and Smoking Ciggarettes, off the top of my head. Not that I've ever seen them, but I know they've played those live.

  • think about it now they sang smoking cigarettes in ostend last year. ps have you heard anything about short tour of the usa this summer

  • Your right Despina, but not every concert;

I like to hear the full Spektrum at concert - - but they had an other songlist in Köln 07

then they can play Angelina too and big tree, blue see (flute)... :D

    I hope: unplugged in Holland

AND: a new song 2008 + very marvellous

    Stratosphere :)

  • you know this better

    then other peoples, kvo100

  • Tahats a very lovely sound,

it has the charme from the black-white films + is so funny

    ever I see it

    I feel funnyfree :))

  • Sung by their lead guitarist, George Kooymans.
