I have a constant, horrible anxiety that sometimes borders on what I can only describe as borderline psychosis along with the accompanying depression that always comes along with being in any kind of continuous state of unrelenting negative stimulation. You get weary and the world slowly seems to fade away. Next is catatonia. As you presume the only way not to feel this way is to feel nothing at all. Surprisingly this music helps a little. Just a little, but even that brings me tears of relief
