This is nice, but I do prefer Frida's version, it's not as stilted, if you can hear that too. But it's nice that they are singing a duet.

I love both Frida's and Gemini's version of the song. It is such a superior song it would be difficult to do it any injustice (though the"Muriendo Lento" interpretation comes dangerously close!). I think my favourite is from Frida though, because it's the first version I heard and therefore feels like "the original" and also simply because it is Frida. The ideal of course would have been Frida and Agnetha together with production by B & B. In other words, a purely ABBA song.

Having had Fridas version 1st,I couldn't believe it was a B&B song,it was so ordinary.When I got Gemini's version it blew me away as B&B produced it..I love Frida but I dislike the production..Rock on B&B..

Gemini's and Frida's versions are produced so differently from eachother that it's difficult to compare them. I like them equally. As an ABBA fan, I love Frida's version for the most obvious reason: Frida is singing. It also retains a bouncier feel to it and so many of ABBA's sadder songs has this uptempo feel (The Winner Takes It All, When All Is Said And Done, Angeleyes etc). And as for Gemini, read below:

... From an ABBA fan's perspective, Gemini's recording certainly benefits from Björn's and Benny's input. It's as if Frida is simply singing the song in a straight-forward manner, whereas Gemini are 'acting' the song (like Agnetha did in The Day Before You Came) and they have variation in their voices in each verse. The "fade in, fade out" approach works excellently here, but isn't as successful on other tracks from the 'Gemini' album, which is available with 7 bonus track on CD from me.
