  • I ate 6 peeps this morning,

  • @TheIhateu666 Must mean it's almost Easter. I saw they have chocolate ones now and rice crispie versions too.

  • @campbellfitness I agree, but this guy said he is 275lbs. I figured running, light weights and calesthenics would tone him up, he'll lose some weight but still maintain the huge look due to increased definition. I weigh 210 lean muscle and I seen guys that are 190 that look much bigger than me because of the definition. You might know better than me though cause I been trying to get over the 'plateau' effect for the past 4 months now. Lol. My goal is to reach 230 solid muscle. Exercise isn't th

  • @izeeiz Running and calisthenics won't necessarily speed up weight loss anymore than a good diet would. That being said the lifting part is still huge and in some cases can provide just as good of a cardiovascular workout!

  • @alphamaxthe2nd you should just run and do calesthenics. No more weights unless it's light ones with high reps.

  • @izeeiz I don't agree with that. Weight training has too many numerous benefits to ignore.

  • Why not use eggbeaters instead of whole eggs? I've switched to that and I get less fat and cholesterol and more of the good stuff.

  • @StyleAndSpeedx In this case, I had a high fat intake in my other meals so I wanted to avoid fat in this particular meal, however the fat and cholesterol from eggs are actually very good for you and I typically include them in all my meals.

  • im thinking im taking way to much protein im 6.3 233 lbs i look good not grate but. i take a lotal of 220 protein a day. 2 shakes one 60 other 50 protein a day and 5 hole eggs a steak of chicken a day=50 protein and small stuff after that peanut butter nuts.or monster milk little shake 21 protein. stuff like that is that to much protein ?? been going to for almost 2 years just kinda stopped in growing...

  • @dkcicemanzzzz General rule of thumb is about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, so you're in the right ball park.

  • @dkcicemanzzzz your def not taking way too much, you need 1 gram of protein per pound if your 233 lbs and your taking 220 protein your 13 grams of protein behind a day

  • @dkcicemanzzzz u most be huge aha

  • im 6'0 im only 80kg but im lean and look quite big, each morning I have ..1 piece of toast using Vogel Soya and Linseed Bread which has 6g of protein and 16 of carbs in each slice, 1 tin of mackerel or sardines on top.. and scrambled egg using 3 whole eggs..and a protein shake. I also drink in a shake cup of blueberries, 1 glass of juice, 1 banana, half a cup of oatmeal blend together tastes great.. got the shake idea from BJ penn.. anything I should be adding or taking away to build muscle?

  • @Khaos969 Sounds pretty tasty. As far as building muscle you'll want to take a look at your overall diet more than just one meal.

  • i had 30 grams of protein in just 4 egg whites and a slice of this whole wheat bread with omega-3 and other good shit, very small meal but high in protein, (counting im only 17)

  • @xChriz503 Sounds pretty good!

  • I dont see the result you did this wrong

  • @Saki630 This is just an example. I have a few other ones that show the results as well as others that show the cooking process

  • bodybuilding is stupid. it's a decadent and narcissistic person's idea of sport.

  • @jRedTree85 ahhhhh who hurt you lmao

  • @jRedTree85 bodybuilding is not for the lazy or people with a lack of discipline.

  • @jRedTree85 Cool. Interesting that someone who thinks it's stupid watched a video called "Easy Bodybuilding Breakfast." Thanks either way!

  • @jRedTree85 U mad bro?

  • Where do you get 5 dozen eggs for 7 dollars?

  • @MaxCheesy They're actually $5.99 now! At BJ's Wholesale Club.

  • My breakfast: 3 egg whites (Large) w/ slice of cheese, 1 cup oatmeal, i glass of non-fat milk, 1 glass of OJ, 1 scoop protein powder. thanks for the vid man!

  • @devin3b Sounds pretty good to me!

  • Hi im 275lbs 6ft.5in and im trying to lose weight and trying to maintain my mass. Would you mind giving me any food plans that would work for the situation that im in right now. I work out at the gym alot 3-5 days a week for 1:30-2 hrs.

  • @alphamaxthe2nd I have a few weight loss videos on my channel, the key thing is to find out what your maintenance calories are (the amount your body needs in order to not lose/gain weight). Once you find this out you can start aiming to take in about 500 calories less which will allow you to slowly lose body fat while maintaining strength/muscle.

  • Whats wrong with the yoke? is it okay to eat (for trying to gain weight)

  • @screamoboy96 Yolks are perfectly fine. Just for this particular meal I wanted to keep the fat low.

  • THANKS DUDE, i'm tryna lose that last bit of fat and It looks like I've found a good breakfast, but are the carbs good as I don't wanna spike insulin and gain fat or anything like that and also, do you just throw the egg whites into the oats when cooking the oats ? thanks, I'm no expert lol

  • @DaTruthsHere Don't worry too much about insulin and the carbs you're eating b/c the fat and protein you're going to be taking in with them slow down blood sugar response.

  • @CampbellFitness I know this might sound dumb to you but why is it less harmful when it's slowed down according to you, Isn't a fast spike better. thanks

  • @DaTruthsHere People associate insulin spikes with weight gain, so they try to avoid simple carbs (sugar) b/c they think this will spike insulin and make them fat. However when you digest simple carbs with fats or proteins, the response is greatly slowed down and doesn't have the same effect as if eaten separate.

  • @CampbellFitness lol.. how the hell do you mix your oatmeal with your protein shake... Can you even drink that? And you don't even use instant.. I don't think I'd be able to do it.. I'd probably gag and vomit.

  • @TheManInBlack2003 I eat it like cereal almost. Just 1/2 cup to 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 scoop protein then add water and mix it up. It's a lot better than eating it cooked IMO.

  • @CampbellFitness Tried it, actually tastes mad good, thanks. Good vids

  • @TheManInBlack2003 Glad it worked out!

  • eat flies..lots of proteen

  • @BigLifterZyzzWorship Whatever floats your boat

  • @CampbellFitness why dont you just buy egg whites instead of whole eggs

  • @BlueBlazer89 Whole eggs are cheaper and I use the yolks as well.

  • @CampbellFitness that's the way to go...whites alone for extended periods of time lead to serious health issues. Moreover, the yolk is the food for the DEVELOPING embryo, so obviously promote growth of young cells. Why leave out the nutritional part? He's ok with peanut butter, but not ok with yolks...

  • @aparaajita10 I don't discriminate much when it comes to food!

  • @CampbellFitness roger

  • @whereismybailouttv Not sure your point?

  • Pretty cheap!??

  • @MaseratiChris556 Per meal it ends up being like $2.

  • i eat all this stuff an have done for ages added more after a while an still havent gained no weight

  • @raypennyone Are you trying to gain weight?

  • @CampbellFitness yeah trying to but dont seem to be getting anywhere ha

  • @raypennyone How much are you taking in a day?

  • @raypennyone grab a foreman..

  • I drink a protein shake in the morning with two and a half cups of milk, two banana's, a cup of strawberries, a cup of Quaker Oatmeal, two tablespoons of peanut butter and two scoops of my protein and blend it all together to have this wonderful breakfast shake in the morning.

  • @mwhands Wow that's a lot of food, but it sounds great.

  • CAN you digest uncooked oatmeal??

  • @sicilian2k Sure can!

  • Looks like the perfect breakfast. Very easy too

  • @jimbobwilkinson Thanks, quick and easy!

  • Never thought about tossing some whey in with oatmeal, I like it.

  • @CHUCKKAH It's the best way to go!

  • @craiggee01 I scrabbled the eggs and then made the oatmeal with water, whey and then the blueberries. I believe I have a bother breakfast video that shows the final product too.

  • Where is that thumbnail with a delicious meal? All i see is some fucking whey and some shit. Besides, eating too much protein is toxic for you. Happy ammonia farts.

  • @Quex01 Thumbnail is a bit deceiving as this was just done on my phone. However, if you live an active lifestyle and your aim is to build muscle, you'll need a higher protein intake than the normal person.

  • @CampbellFitness I know that. But concentrating only on protein is unbalanced diet, if you are natural bodybuilder. Testosteserone in body is produced from quality monosaturated fats (eggs, olive, beef, avocados, etc), wich helps you to build muscle. If you are injecting sterods, you dont need fat. Then low carb, low fat, high protein diet is justified.

  • @Quex01 You can't expect to judge someone's diet off just one meal. Diet is something that should be looked at in the long term. That being said my typical intake is generally 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fat.

  • @CampbellFitness Of cource i'm not making any assumptions on anyone's habits. It was just my opinion on dieting. Nice fitness videos you have there, keep it up.

  • what do you drink?

  • @SeverinLP For this meal I just had water.

  • debil

  • @MegaSpartiata You think?

  • @MegaSpartiata whats a debik

  • @chrismallyon : You get what you pay for! The eggs in the USA that are $7 for 5 dozen are so intensivly farmed that its like eating raw sewage poison! And nutritiously worthless! Food that's cheap is cheap and worthless and think of the poor miserable hens being intensely reared in excrement and dead diseased hens lying amongst them! Ever heard of "Soylent Green" this close to how these things are produced. Oh and the Whey is made from grain fed intensely reared cattle sickening!

  • @chrismallyon

    because quality is shit

  • ok good...still not getting muscles....there is this incredible bulk MVP brand and its stacked with 960 calories, 50 gram protien...recommended to be taken 2-3 times...what say??

  • @devillovesbible Really comes down to personal preference. Some find it easier to take a bunch of mass gainer shakes. Personally I prefer to do it with food or my own home made versions of a mass gainer.

  • @devillovesbible Don't believe the marketing in those "mass gainers". Your body can only process so much at one time. Eating thousands of calories in one sitting will enable you to gain a lot of mass, unfortunately that mass is mostly fat.

  • @strategery101 i totally get what you mean, but my total body fat ration is 7-8% . so i am kind of looking for doing a bit of bulk up so i can look not that skinny and really i dnt want to eat all that shitty junk...yes/no?

  • @strategery101 Your body takes a good amount of time to digest food no matter what. If it can use that energy you're putting in, it will, if it can't then eventually over time it will be stored as fat.

  • @chrismallyon nigga shut your gob

  • @chrismallyon Sorry to hear that!

  • @MrEast111 your the thick cunt because again you dont no what your talking about, the amount of food i consume is needed to maintain my size and weight if i lower my protein and carb intake i loose size and muscle mass, dont try and tell me how to eat you big girls blouse everybodys metabolism is different mine is very fast so i need to consume that much food otherwisw my body burns it off

  • checkout my newchannel allnatural

  • @MrEast111 if you bothered to read my previous comment i said i get my blood work done every 12 weeks including kidneys and liver count they are all as should be,i have been eating that much protein for the last 10 years you dont have a clue what you are talking about you raving lunatic.i no exactly what to take to help keep my body in a good healthy condition,if you was man enough to consume my diet then yes your kidneys would be fucked because you wouldent no what else to take to help you.

  • @leevwe Are you thick? You don't even need to take that amount of protein whatever your doing. Thats unbalanced weather your in a healthy state or not. You're still thinking like a newbe, and still thinking, that the more protein you consume the more muscle gains you will get, because your taking 300gs of protien more than someone? Then you sir are a fucking idiot. Lol.

  • @smokeeeeeeee you dont take much confusing then your stress level must be very high, sort your head out ladyboy

  • Comment removed

  • Dude awsome vidoes, good shit keep it up :)

  • @youngharzard Thanks for watching!

  • For breakfast I have 3 fried eggs, a handful of vitamins and a six pack of beer. Not the recommended way to start off a morning, but it's keeping me from going insane at this point. I don't lift weights anymore at this point because my body is totally fucked from head to toe, so 3 eggs is plenty of protein for me.

Also, I don't recommend becoming an alcoholic because alcohol literally dissolves your brain. I've been a hardcore alcoholic for 1.5 years and I'm shocked at the damage incurred.

  • @wdb1111 Sounds like as good of time as any to switch it up.

  • @wdb1111 at least you can still type without making any spelling mistakes. so your an awesome drunk

  • @wdb1111 wait..why the vitamins?

  • @Quex01 You forgot to mention your jealous of steroid users otherwise you wouldent of mentioned steroids because i didnt, but seen as though your curious i will reply,if i injected steroids beetween meals i would be taking a lot of hell of a lot of roids so until you no what your talking about i wouldent bother making a comment.you really need to keep of meths because it damages your brain.IN A WORD CLOWN

  • @dan7edan7e come on then Mr i no it all 1.EXPLAIN TO ME WHY ITS A SHIT FACTORY SET UP...2.EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOU BELIEVE 50% IS JUNK AND DOING ME NO GOOD..

I go to the toilet 2 to 3 times a day meaning your theory of a shit factory is rubbish, also the food that i consume is of good protein and good carbs i go to the docs 1 in 6 weeks to have my blood work done and everything is as it should be eg.blood pressure / cholestrol / liver count / thyroid / and oxygen in my blood is all ok,try again

  • @CambellFitness yes i need to eat that amount just to maintain my current weight of 15 stone,i have a really fast metabolism

  • Meal 1 = 12 Egg Whites 3 Yolks Scrambled 1 bowl of oatmeal with milk

Meal 2 = 2 cans of tuna 1 jacket potato 1 cup of spinach and brockoli

Meal 3 = 2 chicken breasts with brown rice spinach a brockoli

Meal 4 = steak with spinach a brockoli with jacket potato

Meal 5 = back to chicken or some kind of fish with again the usual veggies

also beetween the meals i try and get 3 protein shakes consumed with blueberrys or bananas

  • @leevwe Sounds like a lot of protein!

  • @leevwe You forget between meals inject steroids.

  • @leevwe lets count, my friend... 12 eggwhites = 60g protein, 2 cans of tuna (i assume they are 130-150g of tuna) = 80g protein, 2 chicken breasts = 80g protein, 1 steak = 40g protein, chicken\fish = 40g protein, 3 shakes = 30*3 = 90g protein. So you are consuming 60+80+80+40+40+90 = 390of protein daily.... Sounds like a SHIT FACTORY you ve set up in your body. Unless you have 110+kg of lean muscle (pro level) - Trust me, 50% of that junk aint doing nothing for you.

  • @leevwe I've heard of broccoli but this "brockoli" is confusing me...

  • @leevwe Geez you must be rich, that amount of food would run me broke

my kitchen cant even hold 84 eggs

  • @leevwe Your kidneys are gonna get fucked, with that amout of protein a day.

  • @MrEast111 not if you drink enough water. Common misconception though.

  • @leevwe dude that is insane and expensive to eat like that, and time consuming.

  • I do a wheat bagel with two whole eggs. Two egg whites. That's brkfst. Then I just divide my protein into 5 meals to get to 200 grams. 200 grams of carbs. This is while I'm cutting. I prefer to work off the fat not starve it off.

  • @ediot6969 Sounds like a good plan of attack.

  • I play the video "Post-Workout nutrition After Lifting Weights" recomendation!!

  • @juancruziron Haha I wonder why!

  • Breakfast is for fat people... just go to any Denny's to test my theory..Dans diet dot com has some good advice too.

  • @GoatRoper911 Ha interesting theory.

  • I eat oatmeal with raisins, banana and some milk and with that i take a protein shake.. is this a good breakfast?

  • @antonpersssoen Sounds pretty good! I don't typically judge my diet off of just one meal in particular though, so it really depends on if you're reaching your macro goals (protein, carbs, fat) daily.

  • @antonpersssoen eat some fuckin eggs aswell lad.

  • I eat 2 egg whites along with 1 whole egg (all large), 1 pint of semi-skimmed milk (568ml), 1 slice of wholemeal toast (no butter) and a black coffee every morning without fail. Trying to add lean mass but I would like a low-cost, minimum effort alternative as eggs gets a bit repetitive

  • @butcherboi91 I don't really limit my diet to certain foods, rather I just try to make sure by the end of the day I'm at the numbers I want macro-wise.

  • same here..boiling water+quacker oats+1.5 scoop ON Whey every morning!!! i do "need" a regular-human-breakfast every now n then so every 2 weeks i add 2 slices of bread with lemon curd (personal favourite), or peanut butter, or nuttela lol

  • @Desperado213 Whatever works for you! I never cook my oats, I find they taste better that way.

  • Campbell is right, the whole notion that you can absorb more than 20 grams is ridiculous. For one, the RDA is 0.8 grams to 2 grams per Kilogram of bodyweight, they say you don't need more than a pound per bodyweight. but the RDA is for the average couch potato on the 2000 cal diet. most bodybuilders consume nearly double those calories. and at breakfast your body can consume a lot more protein because its starving for nutrients coming of an 6-8 hour fast

  • @dhalilama24 Great info.

  • i have a greasy fry up every morning ; )

  • @imawakeish hah excellent!

  • The eggs are cooked or raw? Thanks

  • @nannalittle Scrambled and cooked

  • wait so u have 6 egg whites a cup of oats, and a scoop of whey protein w/ bluebuerries all for breakfast?.

but isnt that a protein overload? cuz large eggs are 6 g per, a scoop of protein is about 24-26 g protein, and a cup of oats is 10-12gs...calculating up to at least 70-74g of protein total.

  • @Nutbuster360 Ends up being around 60 grams which is perfectly fine.

  • @CampbellFitness ..oh ok then..so if i were to have 60g of protein within my meal i'll be fine? i just wanted to make sure because i'm trying to build more mass as well

  • @Nutbuster360 A lot of people will try to tell you that you can't absorb more than 20 grams of protein, which all research and knowledge of how the body works would prove otherwise. I don't judge a diet based off a singular meal, but rather where I end up at the end of the day.

  • @CampbellFitness ohhh i see..so it should be by the end of the day of how much protein i intake then right?

  • @Nutbuster360 Right!

  • @CampbellFitness ok awesome thanks again

  • I eat 4 boiled eggs 5 packets of oatmeal with strawberries pineapples peaches and mangos 2 mega men vitamins and yogurt and im 5 10 165 slim cut build, is that cool for a guy my size at age 33 ?

  • @jland904 Sounds pretty good, but it really depends on what your complete diet looks like at the end of the day.

  • hey I like your videos

Can you tell me, how do you eat the egg whites only? And where can you only buy egg whites? I can't find them

  • @Ronaldinho0506 you got to separate the eggs by hand yourself its the cheapest way to do so

  • @jland904 Thanks for answering his question! Appreciated.

  • @Ronaldinho0506 Like someone just answered, I separate them myself. You can buy liquid egg whites, but a lot of times I eat the yolks as well so this is a better option for me.

  • Right now im at

    Breakfast...(Bulking)

    5 whole eggs

    1 Bannana

    1 Full glass of milk

Sound good or do I need to change it up a bit?

  • @bllstrt6 I'd say you need more carbs. But it really depends on your numbers at the end of the day.

  • @CampbellFitness I eat plenty of complex carbs throughout the day along with meats.

  • @bllstrt6 Sounds good then!

  • @bllstrt6 what you could do is drop the banana and pick up a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, the complex carbs will keep you feeling full, and instead add that banana to your postworkout meal, when you actually need the simple carbs.

  • @CampbellFitness Huge mistake... Fuck, fuck, fuck... EAT THE GODDAMN YOLKS!

  • @CrazyAngelDude For this particular meal I kept the fats low b/c I eat a lot of other food during the course of the day to get my fat intake. It's all about where you end up when the day is over!

  • @CampbellFitness All right then. It's your body and I know very little about it, we're all unique. Although I heard eating just the whites is like wasting money on eggs you don't gain anything from but what do I know..

  • @CrazyAngelDude It's all good. The whites still have some protein in them (although not as much as you'd get with the yolks). I don't judge my diet on just a single meal, but more of where I'm at by the end of the day. Right now I get around 90-100 grams of fat each day. Thanks for the feedback/response!

  • @CrazyAngelDude I agree.

  • The extra thick rolled oats cooked in a free boil method are the best. They maintain their body and don't get mushy. You cook them just as they sound....make sure you have a 4 pt pot half full of water...bring to boil, add ex-thick oats, boil for 1 min...drain then add your fruit.

  • @bootjackjenny I don't cook any of my oats. Tastes better that way!

  • @AirWarForce Don't usually go the meat route for breakfast, but eat plenty later in the day. Funny you mention meat, in my latest video I'm wearing a meat is neat shirt.

  • Do you ever eat Steel Cut oatmeal?

  • @MrDTRAIN91 Occasionally, however I eat most of my oatmeal without cooking it and steel cut doesn't work as well for that.

  • @CampbellFitness Ohh okay. Thanks.

  • Sounds disgusting.

  • @makhwushi Can't win em all!

  • @CampbellFitness hey, im in my teens so i dont hav time to make breakfast can you tell me what i can eat that is quik and high in protien

  • @acegamer80 A good breakfast should be well balanced with fat, carbs and proteins. You can make a great nutritious breakfast in under 5 minutes (I have videos on these as well). No reason why you can't get one in before you start your day! However to answer your initial question, any lean meat source will be high in protein while remaining relatively low in carbs or fats.

  • Sounds delicious.

  • @J2DaPhizzle It's not bad

  • would have been amazing if you would have shown us the final product/meal

  • @0680496 I think I did an updated version of it with it!

  • great man, I eat 6 whole eggs everyday but thats my postworkout meal,i drink gatorade with it for dextrose and i eat broccoli, my breakfast is whey protein, old fashioned rolled oats, and plain greek yogurt, I don't know why more bodybuilders don't eat that, 20 easy grams of protein, taste hell of a lot better than cottage cheese to

  • @dhalilama24 Sounds good!

  • @dhalilama24 do you j ust mix the oats in together? or do you grind them up?

  • uhh if you dont cook the egg wont you get sick?
