@XxZombieManicxX I don't "spam" special moves. Spam means overuse. for example, "spamming" hadokens from a distance is not spamming, it's called zoning. You do what you must to keep opponents away from you, and if they can't break out of projectiles, it's their fault.

I only use this move a lot because it's in some of my Sean combos I used to do when I played this game.

Sean is actually the 5th black SF character maybe 6th. Mike, Birdie, Balrog, DeeJay, Elena, Sean. I'm use to think Dudley was black aswell but he may be English with Indian descent rather than african. There is nothing wrong in relating to a character in the game because they represent your race, how rare is it for any black person to be depicted as shooting anything close to kamehameha anyway, no matter how dookie it is compared to the other characters lol
