It's Hilary.. she sounds sick... i've been to 2 of her concerts and i've gotten good seats and she don't lip sync rarely. I love this song too! Don't hate on Hil. I don't think this is Hilary. Put thumbs down on this all you want, but all of the recordings from this user sounds like an undeveloped child's voice who sounds somewhat like hilary singing along with the CD recording. Even if Hilary is bad, she is a recording artist who has had training and can control her consonants. It's very easy to edit an audio file and make it sound possibly real, but I don't think this is her.

Hilary Duff is hardly ever live on TV shows and stuff, but at concerts and on tour she always is.

She is singing ok here, do bear in mind, this was her first EVER tour and she was SOOOOOOOOOO nervous. Who can blame her? She was singing in front of THOUSANDS of screaming fans! She's better now she's had more experience.
