@hippiechick i hope this doesn't sound gross, but how toxic is the paper we use? I really don't think it's that serious. I have a cricut cake and an expression. I feel like an idiot because they were both expensive and they are IDENTICAL! Food is wrapped in paper and probably contaminated by much worse in the factories they're made in.

@petmomful You CAN, but it would probably make the machine unsafe for use to cut fondant again. Even if you changed the housing/blade and used a regular Cricut mat, all the particles and chemicals from the paper would most likely get into the C. Cake machine. Thus, making it unsafe. (My personal opinion/observation, but should call and ask Provocraft to be sure.)

It's really not necessary to remove the rollers from your machine.. They roll very easily off to the side....

try nail polish remover. It takes off permanent marker when the thrifts stores write all over stuff (I hate that). :)

also the Mr. Clean magic eraser pads will remove permanent ink also.. I but the cheap one from my local dollar store for a $1.00

Mineral Spirits will take off the marker. You can get odorless at a craft store. Or if you have Gamsol, it is Minieral Spirits.
