I'm 23 body builder bench 385 185 lbs I lost all my body fat but my fucken nipple look puffy I hate it thinking about selling my car to pay for this surgery ...
im 15 and i have like seriously as big as this guy, i started it when i was 13 and havent took my shirt off since i got the surgury and now after a year of flat chest it came back i need advice i dont know why it came back we went back to the surgon and he said that because i grew it came back, girls avoid me and i am harrased at school to the point im depressed if anyone has suggestions please share
@leggo010 I wish I had the answer. I'm 34 and I have been struggling with this since before I turned 12. One girl used to call me "Mr. Titty-Man." And, when I was in 7th grade, I refused to take my shirt off for a scoleosis test because all the boys in my gym class were laughing at me. It was so humiliating. I got so angry and upset that I spit on them and challenged them all to a fight. The police would have been called if my mom hadn't arrived at the school in time to calm me. . .
@leggo010 The incident has left me with permanent emotion scars. . .I have gotten so tired being of being ridiculed for my "breasts" that I do push-ups everyday and am ending up with pinched nerves every now and then. It's not that I have a weak chest; I can now do 300-500 push-ups at once with perfect form. I have heard that you can do every chest exercise imaginable every day until you are blue in the face and it won't make any significant difference. . .
@leggo010 My best advice is to physically build yourself up as much as possible. You should make yourself as fast and strong as you can. That will give you more confidence to psychologically deal with your "breasts." In addition to being able to do 300-500 consecutive push-ups, I have a a 30 inch waist and can run five miles in less than 35 minutes. . .
@specialforces69 you are very funny...hahaha..Im 33,5'8",190,i have gynecomastia only on my right chest little ugly as hell....i have 2 jobs now hope next year i do my....how much is it?how you feel now?I would like to know....i feel very sorry 4 myself

@Alexsuper15 I would recommend for you to go to this forum gynecomastia org, you will find a lot of information there about selecting a surgeon to perform your surgery. To briefly answer your question: It is best to go to a plastic surgeon who specilizes in gynecomastia surgery. This way your results will be much more predictable. Good luck.
NO it's very sinsitive surgery and you should make sure of how long experiance has the plastic surgeon, i don the operation last month in Bumrngrad hospital in Bangkok with Dr. Amorn Poomee and it was perfect which cost me around 4900$
I think I have this since I was 10/11 years old, Now I'm 18 and the size of my "boobs" are smaller, I'm slim I only have little boobs, almost nothin I go to the beach normally but I don't like people to look cause I'm in shape im my abdominals and not in my chest -.-' It just sucks
I have this and i am now 18 and getting surgey soon. I have had it for 6 years and 5 years on my medical record (NHS Are SLOW). If you have this get treatment as soon as possible. I spent the best years of my life afraid 2 take my t shirt off and now i want other people that have this condition not 2 go though that.
@hargohargo4 it drains out fluids. they tell you about it when u talk to the doctor. i got them out already and the left side was ok but the right side hurt. it really schocked me so i was a little shakey but im good afterwards
I have a form of thise. I'm relatively thin (6'0" 155 lbs) and there's is a small but random amount of fat on my chest as well as larger than normal nipples. It sucks buit could be worse apparently...
I just got the surgey 2 days ago and it hurts some but it's not crying terrible. I still got my tubes in so I'm not sure how bad it will hurt when they come out. Hopfully it's not too bad
I feel very very happy for you sir....I want to know how much did it cost to you....I have gynecomastia too but i dont have the money...im 33years old 190,5'8"....I feel very sad for me...hope someday i'll be ok.
i feel really happy for you im from england and am 14. i have gynecomastia really bad and i have a fairly small belly but huge boobs and puffy nipples and i know it should go away in a few years but still feel real embarassed about it.
got the surgery done yesterday. don't kid yourself- the recovery SUCKS!!!! once the freezing ran out, I was in a world of hurt. not to mention the brazier you wear after only magnifies the pain. you're required to wear it for a month to prevent scar tissue build-up.
Wow this is what i need without a doubt, ive had this condition forever and it torments me...ive worked out so many times on the chest and it hasnt paid off..im in great shape but this one area is not...i would love to have the confidence to go to the beach with no shirt on...
I feel your pain man. Iv worked out every day over the past few months until I lost 25 pounds just to solve this problem. I'm 5'7 and I now weigh 147 pounds, normal weight for my size and yet my gynecomastia hasn't gone away. It sucks, I'v resorted to wearing black button down dress shirts just to cover up my embarrassment. I even wear them in the summer under the hot sun. I would like to wear T-shirts but this condition makes that very difficult. It really is a day to day burden =/
ive had this since i was a teenager and im now 23. i had liposuction to tyry and get rid of them earlier this year but unfortunately there is barely any differnce, and my surgeon plans to try again and fully correct it next month. I am lucky to live in the UK where i the nhs will pay for this due to the huge negative effect this is having on my life. as a student i would never be able to pay this if i wasnt living here and my whole life would have been miserable
i have it and im 13. im going in, in about.. 1 week - 1month. any tips that you might be able to give me 2 calm my nerve? this is my first time ever goin into surgery. and i HATE needles with a force.
Your still young, give it time to go away. My friend and I got it at the same time but his went away in 6 months mine didn't and I'm 16 now, I had since I was 13.
I just had my surgery today and let me tell you, there is absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Trust me i was so nervous going into the surgical room and then they sedated me and next thing i knew i was being waken up by the doctor in the post op room. Apparently i walked to the post op room by myself and had a whole conversation with the assistant doctor but i dont remember any of it. So please who ever is having surgery in the future, there is absolutely nothing to be nervous about at all..
I saw this documentry once where this kid got the surgery and like 3 manths after the surgery his chest looked weird. The whole right and left chest was inside. CURVED inside. It didnt look good. Im scared to get that. There has to be a way to make them disappear with excercise. U know those stomach things that you wrap around ur stomach to lose weight and make u sweat? well thats what I have been using and Im TIRED of it =(
when i knew about this last few months,i was crying and thankful to God...cuz at first i thought i am the only boy in this world that have to go out from the house with baggy shirts or even sweater...i couldnt join the sports.....i feel so small in this world....why me...........
im one who suffering this...im kinda afraid to tell my mother that i wanna go through the surgery but i will ASAP...i wanna ask,why they call it plastic surgery??r u goin to put any 'plastic' inside??and ive read an article that u may do own works as before a day after u gone through the surgery..is that true??please....im kinda afraid now...please help me...thnx
I practiced sports at a top level... it came to me as well. If I work out any more I'm gonna collapse some day
I'm waiting till I'm 18, then just getting it without telling anybody. Too bad it can cost up to 2000 bucks but I'd rather do that than suffer psychological problems on the long run.
gynecomastia causes you to get ribbed on a lot and makes you not want to remove your shirt. You dread beach season. I know I do and I'm saving to get this shit done. Exercise to remove this...fuck that! It has no effect!
Thanks for the video, it helped me in my decesion> I had the surgery performed in New Jersey 15 days ago. I no longer have B-cup breasts. My only reguret is that I did not have the surgery 20 years ago, I'm 40 now and living with this condition for so long is not fair to anyone in my opinion. I always worked out ran 3 miles a day lifted weights and worked as a big city Police Officer. If you are thinking about the surgery set up a visit with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Go and enjoy
how did it go? did they give you anesthesia? put you to sleep? im wondering because i have an appointment in a few days and im very nervous. im 16 years old
If your gynecomastia is mostly fatty, then weight loss certainly will help. If, however, it is excess breast tissue then weight loss will not help much.
lucky ppl, im only 16 but i dnt hav it bad but i still feel different and i cnt come up wit the money and i dnt rly wanna tell my parents, ill be to embarrest :S is it possible to work out so much that the muscle wil kinda overlap the brest tissue?
It depends if you have normal case or severe case, but mostly its about 3000$ to 8000$ maximumm depending on your gynecomastia level and the type of anestashia you're getting :) with the additional costs of medications and clothing after surgery
By the way! i have the same issue of Julian! i was going to get the surgery done by dr cruise! but i done it with other doctor cuz i dont have enough money! the surgery was awesome! -- Thank you Dr. Cruise! and any plastic surgeon like u ! u change peoples Life!
Typically I'll use deep sedation, where the patient is essentially asleep but breething on his own. Local anesthesia is possible if the gynecomastia is minimal.
Im glad to know that a lot of other guys have this as well. I only have it on my left side and i think it was a result of taking a supplement by twin labs called Andro. I think im gonna get the surgery done.
I just had this surgery done TODAY like 2 hours ago. It was kinda like the video. But they didnt do the liposuction. they just made an incision around the top of my Nipple and took it out NO BIG DEAL. Once they put you to sleep. You wake right up and its over. I had it for around 2 years after puberty it never went away. I would never take my shirt off. I only had it though on my left breast. I would say if you let it go to long to where they get HUGE like this guys, then they will do Lipo.
Great results man. I wish I could do something about mine. Although after watching this I dont think I could ever let myself go through with the surgery even if I could afford it, which I cant.
At 16, you will need parental consent to have it done. So you will need to tell at least one person. It shouldn't be difficult to hide it from your peers, thogh. You probably wear baggy clothes now, so it shouldn't be hard to hide during the recovery period.
Hi, I'm 12 years old. I think i have this. it is ruining my life. i'm afraid to take my shirt off in front of people. i never go to the beach i need help.
Having dealt with many patients with gynecomastia, we understand how deeply it can affect your life. Many of our patients have NEVER taken their shirts off in front of anyone. Common plastic surgery practice is to wait to see if the problem goes away but if it is such a significant problem it can possibly be taken care of sooner. This assessment can only be made by consultation. Of course you would need to come in with a guardian.
it's been 24 hours since i got mine done by a god doctor (succesfully so far) and im in great discomfort and pain, but i hope that everything heals nice and good...My case is not even half as bad as this guys, i feel bad for him....
I wish you the best of luck. I did mine 10 years ago and I can not take off my shirt because my doctor made a big big scar where it doesn't look good at all. I am so sad and disappointed but I hope your came out great. It does really feel good.
It's been 8 days now and I feel so much beter, I have almost NO bruising and the swelling is minimal, Its still hard to keep my back straight and it's still very sore, but it will look awesome once its done, doctor said that in 5 months my chest will have no scaring at all and it will look like its never been done...I cant wait to return to the gym and actually ssee my chest muscles conract for the first time!!!..That sucks for you man, im sorry, I KNOW HOW YOU MUST FEEL..Go see another doctor!!
Wow, I feel so happy for you man. I went to see other doctors and my previous doctor but the scar is there forever. Like I said, it looks like a smily face. You know, I wish I had waited little bit longer to find a better doctor. I want to sue his ass but Lawyers cost too much. Whenever you can, just pray for me man. Thanks.
GOOD LUCK MAN!....Are the titties gone at least? If you have a scar, then you can at least make up some cool lie, like, I got stabbed trying to protect grandma during a mugging :) ....I'd rather have a scar then titties, to me it was such a bad feeling that I didnt even like women with large breasts.....I feel so much better now, I can finally show off my hard earned body without masking the chest...GOOD LUCK
im an athletic 14 year old boy and have had this since 10 i hate it cant swim or anythin seeing a specialist on monday i hope i get the surgery because its free here in uk
i am 16 and i got it when i was 14 1/2 , and i am not that fat , athlete (basketball player) for my high school , it is realy embarasing , it is not fat , they are just puffy cause of this hard thing grown in it , any advice to me , please i need help ,, plz reply!
Your story is VERY common in my practice. You are in good shape with normal body fat but you have true gynecomastia. True gynecomastia is excess breast tissue in males. All men have breast tissue, you, simply, have more than average. The treatment is excision of the excess breast tissue via an incision that will not be noticeable in 8 weeks.
Be sure to go to a plastic surgeon who does this routinely and you will get a great result.
BUt my family doctor toled me to wait , he said it might go away naturaly , so i am waiting , and i started to exercise more than i used to but no results!
I agree with your doctor. I didn't realize you were only sixteen. It would be appropriate to wait one more year, depending how bad your gynecomastia is. I typically will not do gynecomastia surgery until the age of 17, unless it is so severe that it needs to be done right away.
I am scared to get surgery......If i get it will it pain really really alot? Cause i really hate pain and i shivver to death and i might as well kill my self when i hear i need Surgery...Does it pain?
If yours is on the mild side, and you are still 15-y-o and have had it for less than 2 years, I would still wait one more year before doing any surgery. The reason is, because it is very common in this group age and it may go away naturally.
so ur saying normally it goes away by age 16-17 cuz im 15 and i got gynecomistia, ppl said to just workout and loss weight so u produce more testoerone and it will balance out? plz respond cuz all around the web i hear ppl say it stays and also it goes away
The first stage for any gynecomastia surgery is approximately $4600 to $5600. Severe cases, like Julian's, may require skin excision which is done typically under local anesthesia. This costs approximately $2500.
awww he looks so happier afterr that :)

I'm afraid of even asking my insurance company. I have a fear that my rates will go up if I inform them I have it.

I practiced sports at a top level... it came to me as well. If I work out any more I'm gonna collapse some day
I'm waiting till I'm 18, then just getting it without telling anybody. Too bad it can cost up to 2000 bucks but I'd rather do that than suffer psychological problems on the long run.

nah man i did thousands of pushups and nothing happened im getting the surgery in 3 weeks and i feel that it is exactly what i need
xXgofalldownXx 2 years ago
What I did read was that exercise involves allround training, not just push-ups but also running (preferrably sprinting).
I've got time to do that anyway, so it's worth giving it a shot
bla7091 2 years ago
gynecomastia causes you to get ribbed on a lot and makes you not want to remove your shirt. You dread beach season. I know I do and I'm saving to get this shit done. Exercise to remove this...fuck that! It has no effect!
nismo1986 2 years ago 4
Exercise could at least limit the effects, if not (slightly) reduce it. Any bit helps right, saves yourself some possible complications too

How did you go with your surgery? any scarring mate?
streetfightermatt 2 years ago
If your gynecomastia is mostly fatty, then weight loss certainly will help. If, however, it is excess breast tissue then weight loss will not help much.

KnowledgeSeeker68 3 years ago
It depends if you have normal case or severe case, but mostly its about 3000$ to 8000$ maximumm depending on your gynecomastia level and the type of anestashia you're getting :) with the additional costs of medications and clothing after surgery

what kind of Anesthesia do you use for this surgery
KnowledgeSeeker68 3 years ago
Typically I'll use deep sedation, where the patient is essentially asleep but breething on his own. Local anesthesia is possible if the gynecomastia is minimal.

Im glad to know that a lot of other guys have this as well. I only have it on my left side and i think it was a result of taking a supplement by twin labs called Andro. I think im gonna get the surgery done.
EVLPropaganda 3 years ago
I just had this surgery done TODAY like 2 hours ago. It was kinda like the video. But they didnt do the liposuction. they just made an incision around the top of my Nipple and took it out NO BIG DEAL. Once they put you to sleep. You wake right up and its over. I had it for around 2 years after puberty it never went away. I would never take my shirt off. I only had it though on my left breast. I would say if you let it go to long to where they get HUGE like this guys, then they will do Lipo.
Dustin17DRS 3 years ago
Great results man. I wish I could do something about mine. Although after watching this I dont think I could ever let myself go through with the surgery even if I could afford it, which I cant.
ViewJoint 3 years ago
At 16, you will need parental consent to have it done. So you will need to tell at least one person. It shouldn't be difficult to hide it from your peers, thogh. You probably wear baggy clothes now, so it shouldn't be hard to hide during the recovery period.
Good luck,
Dr. Cruise

Hi, I'm 12 years old. I think i have this. it is ruining my life. i'm afraid to take my shirt off in front of people. i never go to the beach i need help.
SuperdudeLG 3 years ago
Having dealt with many patients with gynecomastia, we understand how deeply it can affect your life. Many of our patients have NEVER taken their shirts off in front of anyone. Common plastic surgery practice is to wait to see if the problem goes away but if it is such a significant problem it can possibly be taken care of sooner. This assessment can only be made by consultation. Of course you would need to come in with a guardian.

911Muscles 3 years ago
Wow, I feel so happy for you man. I went to see other doctors and my previous doctor but the scar is there forever. Like I said, it looks like a smily face. You know, I wish I had waited little bit longer to find a better doctor. I want to sue his ass but Lawyers cost too much. Whenever you can, just pray for me man. Thanks.
NiceCar2008 3 years ago
GOOD LUCK MAN!....Are the titties gone at least? If you have a scar, then you can at least make up some cool lie, like, I got stabbed trying to protect grandma during a mugging :) ....I'd rather have a scar then titties, to me it was such a bad feeling that I didnt even like women with large breasts.....I feel so much better now, I can finally show off my hard earned body without masking the chest...GOOD LUCK

usaafgan 3 years ago
Your story is VERY common in my practice. You are in good shape with normal body fat but you have true gynecomastia. True gynecomastia is excess breast tissue in males. All men have breast tissue, you, simply, have more than average. The treatment is excision of the excess breast tissue via an incision that will not be noticeable in 8 weeks.
Be sure to go to a plastic surgeon who does this routinely and you will get a great result.
Good Luck,
Dr. Cruise

BUt my family doctor toled me to wait , he said it might go away naturaly , so i am waiting , and i started to exercise more than i used to but no results!
usaafgan 3 years ago
I agree with your doctor. I didn't realize you were only sixteen. It would be appropriate to wait one more year, depending how bad your gynecomastia is. I typically will not do gynecomastia surgery until the age of 17, unless it is so severe that it needs to be done right away.

I am scared to get surgery......If i get it will it pain really really alot? Cause i really hate pain and i shivver to death and i might as well kill my self when i hear i need Surgery...Does it pain?
PUNI3SH3R 2 years ago
You will get pain killers, right now I have drains in and I don't feel any discomfort.
markt2359 2 years ago
If yours is on the mild side, and you are still 15-y-o and have had it for less than 2 years, I would still wait one more year before doing any surgery. The reason is, because it is very common in this group age and it may go away naturally.

Also the size of mine isnt that big compared to ppl, and im a popper/ breakdancer so does weight loss actually help?
BanditFlame 3 years ago
so ur saying normally it goes away by age 16-17 cuz im 15 and i got gynecomistia, ppl said to just workout and loss weight so u produce more testoerone and it will balance out? plz respond cuz all around the web i hear ppl say it stays and also it goes away
BanditFlame 3 years ago
this is awesome,i have the same problem, looks jus like him and i need this done, how much is it??
JuniorM60 3 years ago
The first stage for any gynecomastia surgery is approximately $4600 to $5600. Severe cases, like Julian's, may require skin excision which is done typically under local anesthesia. This costs approximately $2500.
