it's pretty simple honestly, and obviously. the guy took out 5 singles and 5 one hundred dollar bills to begin with in his wallet. they're just really perfectly folded, so it doesn't look like he's holding more than he's showing. the last hundred and the first single are folded so that when he shows them, you can only see one of the two.

the last bill is actually a wad of bills. look closely at the crease in the middle. its a little thick. what they do is glue two 1 dollar and two 100 dollar bills together in a X and hide the wad in part of the X a little flip and the money changes. Hope that helps anybody who is confused :)
