Most games these days, when promoting or advertising something out of a movie, or a company or something, absolutely suck. This game was made to advertise the new Volkswagen Beetle and let me tell you, I've played many many N64 games, and racing is my favorite genre. This game's definitely in the top three racers for the Nintendo 64 and it's a damn shame that this game is overlooked by games like World Driver and Excite Bike. I love it, and still have a cartridge. About to go play Inferno Isle.

I loved this game so much. I was always into racing games as a kid. It was pretty much all I ever played. I knew like all the secret paths and where the point boxes were in every track. I was really addicted to this game lol. But I sold my N64 along with this game last year. I regret doing so.

This song brings back so much nostalgia.

Beetle Adventure Racing was one of the only 2 racing games that was not from the F-Zero or Mario Kart series (the other game being Excitebike 64) that truly captured my heart, and is actually one of my favorite N64 games.

It's a shame that other gamers I've talked to never heard about this game when I mention it...
