I would have to agree that disturbing the peace was pushing it further on that cameraman, although would not hold it against the judge for throwing the book at him because of the constant provokeness that led to his arrest. The Police Officer did acknowledge when the cameraman call him a "nazi" but seem to take not much attention until it was said again and what said after that. That video speaks for itself as clearly for a guilty verdict of at least disorderly conduct.

Aren't the cops supposed to be the "bigger" men? Some one called me a name so I assaulted him? The guy wasn't getting involved in their investigation, it was pretty much over before he said anything and what they were doing to that woman was unlawful. Innocent til proven guilty right? They need probable cause to do anything to either of these people. They had no probable cause. Committing a minor traffic offense is not probable cause, neither is being nervous. I have experience that one first hand, while doing nothing wrong.

And correct me if I am wrong but the people who are willing to die 3 times over for freedom wouldn't want to die for the freedom of some self appointed asshole to curse at cops am I right? Is that what freedom is to you? Curse at police officers?

They work for US...We are their bosses..there should be NO Way to use (or miss-use) the position WE Give them as an excuse to violate our rights. They should be subject to the same laws as all of us..isnt that the Point of having laws..We have seen in the occupy protests that police will abuse the position anytime they can and the are helped by the higher-ups to hide those who assault innocent people STANDING UP FOR THE SAME DAMN RIGHTS THEY CLAIM TO PROTECT! G8/Occupy both prime examples.
