  • Awesome car. I love how soild the doors open and shut. Beautiful inside and out.

  • why would you rathar have the 460? the 350 has just as much horsepower and mabye a few less foot pounds of torque? just wondering?lol

  • @davenportmt

Because nothing sounds better than a V8. Once you own one, it's hard to go back to anything less.

  • @davenportmt

Also the GS460 has 342 HP/ 339 TQ versus the GS350's 303 HP/ 274 TQ. They're both nice, quick cars IMO. I thought the steering was way too light though when I test dove one.

  • Does the Lexus GS series have high maintenance and owners cost, like would I be paying over 100 dollars for minor issues ?I'm considering getting one but not if it's has high maintenance cost

  • Hey Kyle... Do you have a Lexus GS ? Could you do a video on the GS460 or 1st-gen ('01-'05) GS430, or GS400?

  • Actually, I was RIGHT at about 3 mins when I posted that- Guess you answered that question. lol

  • hey kyle could you do a video of a first gen (1993-1997) gs?

  • my parents got a gs350, but an '09, AWD with black & red interior (think it's a special edition or something)...same exterior colour

  • I have one :D

  • HAHAHAHAHA GO V8 OR GO HOME!!!!!!!

  • Nice car Im trying to decide on the Lexus GS, Acura RL, Infinity M, or Hyundai Genesis, tough decision all 2007-09 models.

  • @jland904 lol yeah you got a tough choice to make there, all of those are extremely nice sedans.

  • @jland904 Lexus GS350 or GS460. You should buy either. Note the GS350 has the 3.5 Liter V6 engine which has 303 which is a lot for a V6 lol and gets 19 on the city and 27 on the highway. The GS460 has the 4.6 Liter V6 which has 342 horsepower and gets 17 on the city and 24 on the highway. The GS450h (hybrid) has a 3.5 liter V6 with an electric powertain. It kicks out 340 horsepower. It gets 22 on the city and 25 on the highway. I hope you take my advice. Choose wisley. See ya :)

The 350 is more fuel efficient than the 460. I'll take a 2006 GS300 because of the fuel efficiency and the luxury stuff.

  • The engine in the GS350 is tuned differently than your ES, this thing really hauls though!

  • this is a joke, right? tell me you're joking. you don't buy a lexus for the way the engine sounds or what the engine looks like. you buy it so you don't need to be concerned at all. seriously, who revs a gs350 (or any lexus for that matter other than an IS-F or LFA)?

also, I presume you have an es350. you're engines are not the same. they have the same displacement and number of cylinders, but their output and behavior are vastly different. numbers my friend, numbers.

  • Kyle.. did they give you 5 minutes or something? this is hardly a full tour. I've seen your other videos lol.

  • es350 is a FWD that come from toyota camry the V6 model. GS has a RWD engine.

  • I thought that the GS350 Had the 2GR-FSE which is DI, Unlike the ES350's 2GR-FE motor.

  • I would take the GS450h! :D

  • No tint, rofl.

  • I would rather go hybrid. The GS450h can be bought for not too much second hand, and wipes the floor with all the other GSs in acceleration!

  • Yep, I too LOVE this car.

  • I have the AWD version. Very nice automobile.

  • The ES and GS are getting to the point where they're almost ancient. Nevertheless they're AMAZING cars though.

  • its a v6

  • short video for such a great car, if you found a 460 that would be sweet, they are somewhat rare

  • So how do you have access to all these cars exactly.?

  • At 1:58 what are those buttons do like L3 L2........

  • @shoxrux93 seat memory

  • @shoxrux93 they werent L's. i c where u comin from though. those are seats.seat positions 1, 2, and 3.

  • Why take the GS460 when you can turn a GS350 into a mile burner with turbos and performance chips and custom exhausts?

  • go v8 or go home....loser

  • o so clean

  • clean.

  • I totally love Lexus, just curious, what are your top 10 vehicles u want?

  • I love this car

  • i like the ES350 better.. :>

  • oops ls460

  • What are the other top 10 cars on your list that you want?

  • Thanks for the video! this kind of car in Indonesia is, kind of, whoaa.. let alone LS

  • go V8 or go home!

  • gs350 is faster than gs430 and 460

  • ill go home

  • The GS350 engine is the same, but it is mounted longitudinally, not transversely like in the Camry-Based ES350, because it is rear-drive, and the ES is front; has to make room for tranny up front.

  • no need to get premium fuel then?

  • They say it requires premium, at least the ES, due to finer tuning and more precise engineering, but saabkyle04 runs his ES350 Ultra Luxury on regular, and he says he doesn't have any problems with it. I am not sure about the GS or IS, as their V6s are finer tuned, and might need higher octane. I am not an expert, though.

  • well...i think the V6 in the ES is identical to the one in the camry V6..using higher octane results in slightly hp from 268 to 272...the engine diff from ES->GS is much bigger than camry V6->ES however...hmmm interesting lol

  • The ES engine and the RX one don't necessarily need premium. My friend's mom ran her 1999 RX300 and regular, and still averaged 24 mpg (9.7 L / 100 KM) highway. My friend's mom had a 2007 BMW 328i sedan, and it was just fine on regular. The GS and IS are the same engines, but have higher tuned engines, so they probably necessitate premium more. But the ES engine is so similarly tuned to the Camry one, reg or prem don't make that big a difference. ES and Camry are FWD, IS and GS are RWD.

  • The 2GR-FSE in the IS 350 and GS 350 do not require premium, they only recommend it for maximum power. The only Lexus that requires premium that I know of is the IS 250...engine damage will occur on it if premium is not used.

Also, the video poster said it has the same engine as an ES 350. That is not true. The ES has the 2GR-FE that lacks DFI and produces less HP/torque (notice the missing "S" in the name).

  • You got me there. I don't know why the under powered IS250 requires premium. The GS and IS's 3.5s are set up for a rear wheel drive, longitudinally mounted engine platform. The ES's engine is transversely mounted to make room for the tranny.

  • r u a kid? and this car is well ok the tec it kinda old compared to the new rx and hs thats y my parents swiched but i love the look of these cars

  • Awesome car! This car is on my top '3' list for sure. I might even trade my SC for the right GS as they are beautiful cars inside and out. I looked at both a new GS and IS recently and was a little disappointed in the IS250's interior. We'll see. Thanks for posting.

  • sweet ride man!

wat u fink is better? the lexus u got or duz one?? hehe

  • my favourite sport sedan, the most sexy design combined with the most advanced technology, 5 stars? of course

  • LEXUS uses the number as reference of the size of the engine like gs300 has an engine 3.0 lexus gs350 has an engine v6 3.5 liter lexus gs450h hasn an engine 4.5 liter hybrid the last number on lexus represents the engine size .

  • Sweet. The GS 350 has more power than the ES 350/IS 350, Camry V6 and so on and so forth. But practically they are the same engines.

  • IS350 and GS350 are tuned for 30 more hp.

  • Yeah I know that. But stil they are the same. Just some has more power than the others.

  • which makes it even better, especially when you want sudden acceleration...

  • I know thats right

  • the tail lights have a mean look in the back

  • hmm here in the UK we have a GS300 instead of a GS350, wonder why that is. :/

  • You said this was in the top 10 of cars you want...there's nine more, yes? LOL

  • Haha oh yeah, goodness it changes too often lol

  • that makes two of us!

  • @saabkyle04 whats the other nice cars on your top ten list of cars you want to own? i love the metalic gauges!

  • Hey Kyle,

what's the other 9 on the list?

  • What do you mean by 9?

  • @saabkyle04 The other cars in your wish list

  • @saabkyle04 lol... if you watched your own video you said "this car is in the top 10 of your list" (paraphrasing) so dave11686 is asking what are the other 9 cars in the top 10 list......

  • lol my parents have 3 lexus and there all suv's

  • STEAL THE CAR! GO GO GO!!

  • @thecarexpert18 he would be stealing his own dealerships car. lol

    5/5

  • thanks

  • LOL this car lasts haha I love it!!

  • nice, my dad was deciding between an 07 GS 350 and an 07 BMW 530xi, he went with the beemer

  • Yeah the Beemer is more performance oriented I'm just a Lexus man myself :P

  • @saabkyle04 Don't forget the plushness that Lexus have. They suck you in them, whereas BMWs are cars you sit in. Sitting in a Lexus is like sitting in a buck of warm wallpaper paste or being sucked into a big leather bound sofa in a family room. BMW is like sitting in a comfortable business chair in a den.

  • what kind of car do you have kyle?

  • I have a 2007 Lexus es350, I love it :)

  • Dude I cant tell you how many of those dad-gum cars i drive all the time...DUH since I work for them! But still, id say if you want the V8, the GS460 is the way to go. And when I say go... I mean GO!! They have so much power but be advised, the gas pedal is a bit touchy but other than that, ITS AN AMAZING CAR!! Now about that price tag.....lol! Good video!

  • Thanks dude yeah it was awesome, hopefully I can drive one :D

  • Ya it look like tht (the engine) because its rear wheel drive

  • Oh ok I gotcha!

  • isn't tht car RWD thoe instead of ur FWD?

  • Yeah it is I wasn't thinking lol, I wish mine was RWD

  • Make a startup vid of a chevy avalanche if you find one. Thanks

  • Aight will try!

  • Now thats a quality car!

  • Got that right!

  • where did you get to start all these cars?

  • dealership

  • It was at the greensboro auto auction, it's a dealer auction

  • oh I see, yeah I was wondering how you would get all those cars at once for your family's dealership haha, sweet cars though.

  • Haha yeah man

  • ooooo

  • Cooool. I want one! Thanks for posting.

  • Anytime!

  • black is a sick color for that car. are those 18 inch wheels? i thought 17's are standard

nice car overall, i just wish it has live traffic feature

  • @saabkyle04 The ES350 and the GS350 have different engines. The ES350 uses a 2GRFE 3.5L 272hp V6 and the GS350 uses a 3.5 L V6, 2GR-FSE 303hp V6 engine.
