Hey, that's loeki! It wasn't only be seen in France, it started in The Netherlands in the sixties and was on tv until somewhere in 2004.

The clips are made here in Holland and he still even said the word in Dutch Asjemenou !!

Like so many Dutch t.v programs the rights of Loeki has also been sold to other countries too.
