Well I'm not a healer if thats what that addon is for, but no haven't even heard of it heh.
Extra chat bars are not addons, they are simply extra sections you click and drag out to where you like using vanilla functionality.

Indeed, and we didn't wipe. Amuses me that healers will let things like that blow up and yet quickly heal the aftermath. Would have been much easier to remove the debuff in the first place.
Perhaps they don't understand properly as of yet or maybe so focussing on Grid that they don't see the warning.
