Simple, 2 sides; adjacent and opposite numbered 4 and 6. 4² = 16 and 6² = 36, so 16 + 36 = 52 and the square root of 52 is your answers to the side x or the hypoteneuse which is 7.21 to 2 decimal places.

Another way is take a 3 4 5 triangle and time each by two. And if 3x2 is 6 4x2 is eight5x2 is ten which is your answer. This works for only a few questions
