I recently got a nissan gtr and about 4 days ago i got a 65 mustang 4 10 bucks cuz it waz a display and it waz a bit beat up the gtr has 4wd and i raised the suspension with a custom mod using the stock spings cuz it is my rally car and rechargeable batteries and locked front and rear diff the mustang has a locked difff cuz without it it wont run and it is has broken dogbones that i hotglued back together so they break alot it will end up being my road racer

I like the metal upgrades but my car out drags your car. I have a atomic chili motor and a 3 by 2 stacked fets. it can reach top speeds of 50 mph. i am geting the aluminum siletto chasis and aluminum parts this month. If you remove the lights it goes faster. i will post a videow response this month and show you my beefed out 65 ford mustang xmod evo. I might also start a team so post me and i might let you join.

the cooler on the battery is called a heat sink. yes it is true battery's work better then they are warm or room temp but not when they are hot. heat is a form of energy and when heat is lost, energy is lost thus lowering the overall out put in amps into the motor. i race professional 1/10 scale rc cars i know a lot about them. every professional car battery is vented to keep them cool. and plus they woulnt have invented the heat sink if it didnt work for a positive purpose.

I have an old X-mod,.. it's just a clunker to piss around with. I have a 2wh drive mini-z and an awd, and a monster Mini-z. They'd ALL whup an x-mod.

Ok, fast ,.... just about anything can go fast. But, to perform well, turn well,... THAT cannot be achieved with an x-mod. Even with the steering mod they don't turn as well as a mini-z. Plus, I think the electronics on the mini-z are also FAR superior.

mini zs are great i have one and a full 1/10 scale brushless that does 55. mini zs are more better in electronics and performance but they are also very primitive in design and unrealistic to the real thing especially that single suspension thing they have in back. you also cant do as much with them. thats why i like the xmod.

this is true. but if a gear head knew what he was doing he could make eather car out perform each other, with a powerfull micro servo, high power or even brushless motor, and a small li-po battery. it takes allot of configuration, and custimizing, to a point were you wont even reconize the car for what it origonaly was. but it can be done. i put A 8000kv motor and a 3s lipo into my duratrax vendeta st by the time i was done re aranging the chasis no body could reconize what model car it even was
