Emm, Douglas Derdge or whatever his name was died in an unsactioned MMA fight when his heart gave way, but that was only after he travelled to Ukraine as he wasn't allowed to fight in MMA because of his condition? The other guy was a 6ft9 lightweight called Michael (not sure of his surname), but that was asking for trouble in my opinion, RIP the pair of them. There's also been other deaths of MMA fighters, but these were unrelated to the actual fighting...
