  • great match, Sod played awesome but ed was an absolute beast on hard in 2006, lost only two matches

  • wow sod played very good this match even tho it was 3 years ago. but the other pros have always said that robin soderling have a big highest level. but hislow level could be a top 50 player at that time. NOW he has improved his lowest level of play, he really has the game of a top 10er...dosent this video show that? great game!

  • I'm just glad Fed won the important match against soderling at the french open today to WIN FRENCH OPEN!! masterclass match at the same time too

  • without playing against nadal who was tired : yes, be proud of this victory.

  • Soderling really gave the king a match there, that's probably the closest he's been to winning over Federer. So props for Robin who stood up pretty good=)

  • awesome quality dude. i hope you could upload some more.

  • I like Soderling a lot. He's in that "male Lindsay Davenport" category that I place other players like Berdych in. Of course, that's a huge compliment considering I adore Davenport.

  • I wonder why other tournaments don't use this angle to broadcast the match, it really shows off how much pace the players put on their shots.

  • je moeder aan de poeder

  • I remember this match, it was tough, federer had to sweat his shirt good to win this one..

  • lol a match won by challenges and by Federer's sharp eyes!! some years ago this match might have went for Soderling by absence of Hawk-eye! all hail technology ;)

  • terrible backswing from soderling

  • what is so terrible about it.

  • It just looks strange. Soderling hits pretty hard because he doesn't have the best footwork/speed to rally from the baseline for too long.

  • Huge forehands from Soderling.

    Reminds me of Magnus Gustafsson.

  • Söderling is hitting very very flat. Federer have more vararity.

  • Soderling has a monstrous forehand, but then again so does Federer.
